Breast Reduction Disaster to Be Fixed!
UPDATED FROM red0
it is my 3+ years update.
Ladies who want to see "the future." It's been some time since my surgery in 2019.
I am happier and more confident with smaller, pain-free, and nicely shaped breasts. After a shower looking in the mirror, I admire them, and happy those are mine!
I can fit a normal-size C bra in the department store. Also, just one(!) athletic bra is enough for me to do sports.
As I am innate 50th, my skin gives, and I can see some stretching and sagging allowed my body, including my chest, but the shape didn't change much since surgery. And size is comfy but still feminine. One of my favorite parts - I can be without a bra, and my nipple position couldn't be more symmetrical and at a perfect high.
One thing that bothers me a bit - is a cleavage area scar fold. It is so high it's visible in any v-neck dress or sweater. I have to get creative about it.
As the Pandemic happened, my one-year free scar revision time had expired. I scheduled an appointment and paid the next 7k for the correction surgery, as I trust Terry to correct it. He isn't cheap :) Unfortunately, despite being a local anesthesia procedure, my blood pressure was measured and was too high for the doctor's comfort. My husband moved to Europe one month after this attempt, and we moved together. So I hope a credit awaits me.

Update almost 3 month
Here I am. No complanes as healing goes on smoothly! I am getting used to every morning surprise of being pain free in my right breast!! Driving without pillow, hugging people, leaning and moving - are all nice things I am relearning again :). Freedom of pain and admiration of the beautiful work Dr.Dubrow did out of what dr.Movassaghi totally messed up.
I will do the side-by side comparesing
photos of post-op progresses from initial and revisional surgeries in a few weeks. Striking!
So far form keeps well :)
Dome scars already getting shiny areas. I had mild irritation to silicone strips, had to forgo them. But massaging vit E+C into scars every day for 10 min. No pain or knots, a bit of a 1/4 inch bump(feel, but dont see) on a right breast lower T, its it. All smooth otherwise.
Now I am enjoying my vacation with all the activities and no limitations - laggage and backpack carrying, hiking and swimming!

UPDATED FROM red0
8 weeks
Hello everyone:) Here is my 8 weeks update.
I think I can relax, because the most dangerous part of my recovery is over. Being in over 30% post operative complications risk group as a revision patient - 2 month is a very big milestone.
My scabs are gone and closed, bruising is almost gone, and tissue is getting soft with only areas right under the scars is harder than other tissue. I see that my scars are getting flatter as to compare to the textured scars have had after sutures were removed.
Color of areolae didn't even up yet, but it is less stark, my left nipple didn't regain feeling though. My right is areola feels normal, not hypersensitive anymore.
I feel so much less in pain than before the revision. Such a relieve!
If breasts are to be really scrutinized visually - there is a tiny asymmetry - nipple on my left breast is closer to center then the left one, and the projection is a tad different. But this difference is not obvious. My breasts are of a very similar in shape, and nipples are on the same hight.
Yesterday, at my first underwear fitting I was a pretty full 34C - easy 34D. I think as it heals and residual swelling subsides it would be around 34C? Bra's cups are fitting around my breasts nicely ( what an amazing experience!) and both breasts are the same bra size. Finally! :)

Everything is looking so good! I don’t see any asymmetry at all which is wonderful! I know we all have it and typically look for it ourselves but honestly I don’t see it . I know you have to feel over the moon with these results, I can’t get over how great the shape is!
I am sooo happy for you! They look very nice and even, with great perky shape for being that large. I am impressed that your revision looks better than many 1st reduction/lifts. Make sure that you post whenever you can so we can see your progress, which will only get better.
They look so great!! I don't notice any asymmetry just perky perfect boobs! Congrats!!
Could you explain the kind of pain you were experiencing? At 6 months po I stated having pain in my right breast. It feels as if I'm being pinched or like a side ache in my breast. I was just wondering if your pain was similar. Thx!
Mine is the same pain . Recently saw a new doctor, I was told it’s scar tissue from previous surgery that needs to be removed. Do you know if you had to have scar tissue removed from previous lift ?
ALW9230 That is interesting to know. I'm not sure if my scar tissue was removed but I've had so many revisions that it makes sense that I'd have a lot of it. Do you plan on getting it removed? I'd be interested in knowing if it helps and if that is what ReDo's problem was ?????? Did you see a new Dr because of this pain or for other probs too?
I actually picked a surgeon and scheduled my surgery for December. I picked a new doctor bc I moved and my original doctor Basically only did a lift bc he said that’s what caused my discomfort. So I don’t feel he listen to me . My breast are now more uneven and I can’t lay on my stomach with out having terrible pain . The scar tissue has pushed my implant up . Although the implant is soft and moves just fine it’s like it won’t fall back into the original pocket . I’m not hundred percent what all is wrong I just know he will adjust the pockets and remove the scar tissue in the capsules . I’m so ready I just want it done .

Secondly, I live in Eugene, Oregon and my very first consult was with Dr. Movasaghi. I did not like him at all and, because of his comments, it took me 15 years to get another consult. Given what you went through, I am so very, VERY glad I didn’t go with him. He needs his license revoked!
I am now 4 months post op from a breast reduction, lift and partial fat transfer. I was an H cup and am now down to a D. I had asked for a C cup and I’m sure, in time, I’ll get there. The fat transfer did not take, but I couldn’t be happier at the overall aesthetic changes. The biggest difference is the lack of neck and shoulder pain. I’ve had it for over twenty years and now I have zero pain.
I hope my results look as nice as yours, I may even get the courage to post them one of these days ;)
