My Amazing Experience with Dr Murat Polat and His Team
WORTH IT
After having an extended breast lift with Dr Murat Polat in August, having been recommended to him, I can honestly say I had the most amazing experience from start to finish.
From the very beginning, the communication with my co-ordinator Ahmed was fantastic. No question was ever a silly question, and messages were always answered promptly, which gave me so much reassurance. Ahmed also arranged our airport transfer to the hotel, which, by the way, was absolutely beautiful!
On the day of my surgery, my husband and I were collected at the pre-arranged time, and I finally got to meet Dr Murat Polat and his wonderful team. My operation went smoothly, and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone immediately put both of us at ease. The entire medical team was fantastic, and I genuinely cannot fault the care I received. The hospital room was immaculate, and the food throughout my stay was lovely. I was discharged the following day.
The aftercare was equally outstanding. A nurse visited me at the hotel every day for the next six days, carefully changing my dressings and thoroughly checking my wounds. The nurses were so kind and even helped me shower when I needed assistance. I felt cared for and supported throughout my entire recovery until I flew home.
Even before I had landed back home, I had received a message from Ma?ur. Since then, I have received weekly messages checking on my progress and making sure I am doing well. This level of aftercare is truly faultless and deserves special recognition.
If I were ever to consider further surgery, Dr Murat Polat would be my choice time and time again. He has given me my confidence back, and I will always be grateful for that.
