Only One Regret

First off I only have one regret; that I didn’t do this sooner!!! I love love love the results.
Recovery:
Day 1-3 weren’t fun but it also wasn’t terrible. I had drains which came out on day 3. I loved being able to wear the sports bras that I had chosen. It was so much more comfortable.
Days 4-9- I started walking, getting in my steps and feeling really good. My breasts were still very sore and bruised but it really wasn’t bad. I expected much worse.
Day 10-17- I was able to go back to the gym at 25% of what I normally do.
Right now I am about 7 weeks post surgery and have been back in a bikini, at the beach, in the gym and loving my new body.
I loved my Dr! He was so personal and his staff were amazing!
