7 months post-op breast lift & love breasts! They are perfect

Best Experience..Best Doctor...Best Staff

ALL PROS:
Ever since the birth of my son I would joke that I wanted the "girls" lifted back to the northern hemisphere. Life happened and before I knew it he was a teenager and my breasts were heading further south every year.
Finally I had an opportunity and time to get it done. At the recommendation of a trusted Doctor friend I went in for a consultation with Dr. Hiers and I am so thankful I did. Not only was she absolutely amazing and understanding, but her staff was the best ever. They were friendly and inviting. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting area or in the room.
Dr. Hiers listened to what I wanted, my medical history and gave me an honest medical opinion on what would be best for my body instead of trying to sell me the most expensive options. Her bedside manner is second to none and her professionalism can't be beat.
Morning of the surgery she came in and made sure everything was perfect and made a million marks on my body, which I appreciated. When you're having your body altered you want to make sure the person doing it is more on the perfectionist side. She explained the process and recovery to me and I was already given plenty of information and prior teaching about aftercare. She again went over this with myself and husband after the procedure. The thoroughness was greatly appreciated as it showed she cared about me as a person, not just revenue.
The follow-up care was just as personal and amazing as prior to surgery. I didn't fall off their radar once the surgery was over. I was still important to them as a patient and Dr. Hiers called personally after the surgery the next day once I was home to see how I was doing. The following weeks and months the follow up appointments were extremely pleasant and she made sure to continue to explain what to expect in the healing process so I was not surprised or did not have unrealistic expectations. And I saw Dr. Hiers for every single appointment, I wasn't brushed off to an assistant or anyone else, it was always her which was appreciated since she was the one who did my surgery.
Having seen multiple doctors and been through several surgeries for myself and family members I have to say that Dr. Hiers and her staff are a breath of fresh air when it comes to patient care.
And I ABSOLUTElY LOVE MY BREASTS!! They are perfect!!! I feel like a teenager again. Best experience all around. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hiers and her staff (especially Jay who is a bundle of awesome positive energy).
