44yo on a breast lift journey

UPDATED FROM ggisme

One month

One month two days post op.
Still itchy, sharp pains here and there. A bit numb at the bottom and still no feeling in my left nipple. Nothing major in the past few weeks.
My scars are doing well and have flattened substantially.
I tried on all 40+ bras that held up the previous sand bags. Most were to big but surprisingly 12 fit perfectly. I guess they didn't fit well before. I'm still excited that I can get the cute soft bras now.
I see the doctor next week. I feel so fortunate to not have any complications.

18 Days Post

Feeling pretty good. I started scar treatment 5 days ago on the crease scar which has helped with the itching. The tape on the vertical scar and areola would not fall off so I called doctor's office and was told to put coconut oil or vitamin E oil to release the tape. I did that on two days ago and now those scars are getting scar treatment. When I first saw my scars the reality set in about how drastically I changed my body. I knew scarring was part of the deal and I thought I didn't care but I was disturbed by the "Frankenstein " marring of my skin. I hope the silicone treatment will flatten and diminish the sides that are not hidden by the crease of my breast.
It looks as though the swelling is gone and I can see what I have to work with. I have no sensation in my left nipple ( hopefully it will return) and my right nipple is overly sensitive to a point where it is slightly painful. Maybe the right nipple will share some of it's over active nerves with the left side.
I have been in heaven buying little bralettes (I've never in my life before now been able to wear the cute little bralettes). They are the most comfortable since the crease scar is sensitive. I have a drawer full of wire, molded, lightly padded bras ranging sizes from 32 DD-36E that I hope to get rid of. I'm not sure what size I am, I wore the one wireless 34 DD last week and it fit perfectly. I'm guessing I am probably a full D cup. I also tried a triangle bikini top for the first time-that was awesome!!!!

I have no regrets and I can truly say this has changed my life.

One week post op! Pain is between minimal and moderate now, itchy incisions keep my attention most of the day, extra strength Tylenol is my friend when needed. I'm afraid that I may be extending my arms too much because the outside edges are sore. I see Dr. Bruno tomorrow afternoon.
I have faithfully kept a sports bra on but I do like to unzip and take a look at my new girls a few times a day. I'm so happy to not have to look at the old depressing, deflated and heavy bags.
Sleeping elevated on my back has been a challenge because I am a side sleeper...It's the price we pay for beauty ;)

I had mine done 2 days after you and the pain has not been too bad until today. I did too much drove for hours and hours and lots of walking but they are very painful and itchy tonight. So much so I started taking the Hydrocodon again. All gone now... back to the Tylenol tomorrow.
Yours look great by the way. Mine look similar.. same taping pattern but mine are smaller.
