Almost 4 Weeks out and Concerned with Scars

I had a breast lift four weeks ago, and I’ve had continual problems with the scars. I’ve always healed very well from previous procedures, but this time I’m having a problem with the scars at the t-junction (see pics)
About a week ago the doc pulled out a couple of stitches that hadn’t dissolved but the hole at the t junction hasn’t healed yet, and redness, soreness seem to be appearing at other spots.
I’m changing the dressing once a day with Neosporin and 4x4 cotton pads under the support bra.
How much longer is this going to take to heal?

Hello! Is your scarring any better?
Same thing happened to me on both breasts except mine were much wider. Mine started splitting at around 4.5 weeks and it took almost 5 weeks for them to completely heal. You're probably already doing this but keep it as moist as possible w Neosporin. I put literal globs full of Neosporin then gauze over it and would redo it every 12 hours. Keeping it covered w moisture helps the scarring and speeds up the healing process!! Don't worry, i know it feels like forever but I promise it will eventually close!
It’s healed but the scars are horrible. I’d like to get scar revision done
