You did the best thing to not add implants. Implants can be a big, expensive, and time consuming choice. I opted to add implants instead of doing a lift without and I ended up with capsular contracture three separate times which means I've had to have 3 surgeries and I have discomfort-pain and the look always ends up changing for the worse. I would advice any person looking to improve the look of their breasts to do a lift vs. using implants. If I did it all over again, I'd get a lift without implants like you did. I did not want the scars for the lift so I avoided them. Like I said, however, I ended up with 3 surgeries and I'm waiting to save up for a 4th and final surgery to remove implants and do lift without implants. I can't wait til I'm free of implants. Best wishes to you and all others that are considering surgery. Again, I would avoid implants; they are not worth the trouble.

Looks fantastic!

Hello, really thankful for people like yourselves who share pictures and their reviews. Could I ask what size you were before? I'm trying to find a surgeon and obviously making sure I get the right one. I'm à 34F and desperate to have my breasts uplifted and smaller. Any help would be fantastic

34C before & after! I went in because I wanted a lift. He only gave me a small reduction on one breast because it was slightly bigger than the other. I'm recommending him to all my coworkers who are also looking.

Breast lift- no implants

Ive been wanting a breast lift for about 7 years but it was so hard finding a good surgeon with beautiful results, without the use of implants. I finally found Dr. Park on here earlier this year & I scheduled my consultation with him as well as 2 other recommended surgeons. I was scared of not being able to pick between the 3 after consulting with all of them but Dr. Park was the first consult & the only one that seemed kind, patient, & honest. The other 2 were extremely arrogant & tried to pressure me to book my surgery before leaving but those other first impressions weren't great so I left the other 2 offices, already knowing I was sticking with Dr. Park. He was the "most expensive" of the 3 (even though his price was MORE than fair) but he was such an EASY pick & I'm extremely glad that I went with him. I had surgery yesterday, so I'm about 27 hours post-op. Just took my first shower & I was mentally prepared for my breast to look CRAZY, as it's only been 1 day, but they actually already look amazing & I'm just so so so happy. I want to shout it to the world, but I can't, so I'll shout it on RealSelf, haha. Dr. park called to check up on me about 3 hours ago & I thought that was very kind. Like I told him, my pain has been at 0 since I left his office. I felt nauseous & threw up once, as soon as I got into the car (boyfriend had a bag ready for me) but I have had 0 nausea since then. I have had occasional discomfort, ranging from 1-4 out of 10. Definitely tolerable. I haven't needed my pain meds nor nausea medication at all. Just taking the good ol' antibiotics. If you see this, Thank you Dr. Park. God bless you & Happy New Year.

You look so good! I feel like my breast were the same as your pre-op breast. I just had my reduction/lift today and the pain has been super manageable. If you don't mind me asking...what size were you before and what size did you ask the surgeon for ?

Thank you! I was about 34C & Dr. Park said I should be about the same size after the lift, which is what I was hoping for.

How are you doing? Would love an update.

Hello! I'm doing really good. I ended up getting an allergic reaction to the steri strips but that has been the only hard part of the recovery. He was quick to put me on a treatment plan & I'm doing great now. I'm going in for my 3 week follow-up on Wednesday. :) do you have any specific questions?

How was the recovery & getting the drains out?
January 20, 2022
The recovery was super easy. I had 0 pain. I work from home so I had surgery on Thursday & was working again on Monday. I spent most of my evenings reclined on my couch because that's how I was the most comfortable. I would take short walks around the block when I needed fresh air. I started getting signs of an allergic reaction on day 7 so I was pretty miserable & uncomfortable for a couple of days after that but only because of the itching. Just make sure you're not allergic to steri strips. Everything else is a breeze if you have a supportive person to help you with stuff. Listen to your body & really limit yourself & follow the post op instructions. I'm kind of hard headed and want to do everything by myself but I would be exhausted if I tried to do too much. I, very quickly, had to learn how to take it easy & let people help me. I didn't have any drains put in.

Looks amazing. What are your size pre to after ?
January 17, 2022
Thank you. I was a 34C before & I should still be the same size now. I haven't tried a real bra on to confirm, yet.

You look amazing. I am getting xplant and a lift so worried
January 18, 2022
Thank you! I also think Dr. Park did a great job with my lift. If you're scheduled with him, I think you're in good hands. :) I was super worried too but I'm so happy now. I wish I would've done it sooner.
