I didn't want to go too big and hate them but if they came out too small they would still be more than I had.

My scars are looking good and implants feel great. Very natural and most can’t even tell I had surgery! Exactly what I wanted. Confidence boosted and no issues, yay!

i just want to say thank you for sharing your success story. Your boobs look perfect! I really like the size you went with and the size of your nipples are perfect, not too big and not too small. Perfect color too!

There's not a ton of reviews under 300cc so I definitely wanted to share mine :) Thank you so much!

Thank you for sharing this size, you look amazing! I just picked 250cc's today for my surgery in two weeks. I want to fill out my clothes but with more of a sporty size if that makes sense. I wear a lot of sweaters, not bikinis. :)

255cc 6 week update

Modest245702
Mostly posting progress pics for myself here but there’s few post under 300cc so hopefully it helps others as much as this site helps me! They do seem to be dropping, slowly but surely. I also totally forgot my muscle (silicone under the muscle) was cut and though I’m cleared for most activity, I’m definitely weaker in my upper arm strength! Ready to get active again though. Slope is looking more natural and they feel pretty soft. No pain or soreness, they just feel like my boobs! Size is perfect and doesn’t feel too big even when wearing a bra. I am so much more confident but also not self -conscious.
I’ve heard people say around the 6 month mark they really get in to place but I feel like I have more to go, hopefully. I see the doc in 4 weeks (2 months post op) and excited to hear her take on an update.

You look great! What size cup are you now? Do you feel like bras aren't siting right since going bigger? I do and it's driving me nuts!
June 14, 2021
I actually feel like my same bras fit me! I was probably wearing the wrong size all along LOL. I think I'm a full B or can wear a C. I mostly just feel so much more confident in a bikini and naked. Hardly can tell when I'm normally dressed. But that's what I asked for. I probably could have gone a little bigger but still really happy :)
June 14, 2021
I did 485cc Moderate profile silicone on 4/30 and i was expecting a D. I feel like my old B ones, that were too big at the top, fit better. I think it's because I'm more full in front and sides feel big. I tried to drop a band size to a 36 but same. Well at least it saves us money on new ones! Lol

Mine are dropping slowly as well, at least right side which hasn’t dropped and fluffed yet after 7 weeks. How is it going for you?
July 15, 2021
I was prescribed singulair tablets to help my left drop. My incision was still tucked under which was a sign it hadn't fully dropped into the pocket. I made sure to massage daily as instructed, and to me, if feels like it has fully dropped now. We will see what the doc says at my next follow up visit (which will be 4 mo out)!
July 15, 2021
Thanks! I just saw your update and they look perfect! I will try to be patient as I am only 7 weeks PO, but it’s helpful to see that others have uneven d&f without it being a sign of a complication☺️
July 15, 2021
Yes, I'm sure everything is fine but definitely stay in touch with your doc! I feel like that 6-10 week mark has a lot of progress. Looking back mine changed so much! And I never would have suspected one was dropping slower if my PS didn't point it out. Then she freaked me out saying I did NOT have capsular contraction, but it could happen if I didn't get it moved down. So I got serious about massaging then LOL. I even heard some popping one time so I think I had a literal break through!

You look amazing! I had revision surgery last November and they look awful. I cry every day when I look in the mirror. I wanted them to look the way yours do. I'm very happy for you. You look beautiful.
July 23, 2021
Oh no, I'm so sorry! I feel like we are always super critical and hard not to be. I'm sure they are not a bad as you feel, but I hate that you feel anything negative. It's a big investment and impact either way. I wish I had gone bigger but I also don't want to do anything else because every surgery brings a new risk. But thank you so much for your kind comment and I hope things get better for you!

Love your posts! I'm planning on getting breast implants and I also don't want to go too big. :) Following your journey. :)

I’m part of the under 300cc club and am so happy to see your post thank you! I think your BA looks just perfect & the right size :). I’m 2 months post op with 275 cc’s (currently at 32c) …wish I would have gone slightly smaller and hope the “go down” in size as they drop n fluff further.
September 17, 2021
I do feel like they really continue settling in until about 6 months, and docs will say it takes a year so I'm sure they will change even more to your liking. Mine definitely feel natural like they've always been there unless I start feeling around for the implant edges or making weird flexes in the mirror, haha.

I am getting my surgery in December and I’m torn between 275 cc and 300 cc. I don’t want to go too big but also don’t wanna be disappointed if they’re smaller than what I was hoping. Would love to see your results with the 275 implant!

A little progress and scar healing

Modest245702
I’ve been instructed to go braless for the next six weeks! They seem to be dropping so slow. The upper pope looks very full and swollen so I’m hoping the bottom will fill out soon. My PS said everything was going normal so not to worry. I also have massage instructions for 1 min, 5x a day. In one more week I can resume most activities. Though honestly I have already been lifting my children a little, and they are over 20 pounds.
With the right shirt on, most people can’t even tell I had implants, which is what I wanted. And once I start wearing a bra like I would normally, I think I’m going to be very comfortable with the 255cc size. When I lift my arms they look perfect LOL.
Scars are healed and I can apply scar treatment if I wish. I’ve just been using vitamin E oil for now. One is small and thin and the other is a little longer and bumpy. Hoping it heals similar to the other. Breasts are not perfectly even but I keep reminding myself it’s really two different surgeries and each one will heal and drop in its own way. I know it’s still early to jump to conclusions!

What profile did you get? I’m getting 250cc low profile plus soon and debating if it’s too small. Also coming from nothing so anything is a plus lol. We think alike on that.
July 15, 2021
I think I could have gone a little bit bigger, honestly. I have 255 and wish I had done 275. They say you lose about 50cc going under the muscle. With a padded bra on mine are what I like. I still have no regrets as my fear of going too big was real, LOL. And everyone's build is different. So 255 to 300 may be too much. Overall I am very happy and I think knowing your honest intention going in is so important. I'll post a progress photo today! But that's my two cents :)
July 16, 2021
Thank you! Based on my chest width, the doctor said my options are 250 low profile plus or 300 moderate. 300 felt HUGE. But 250 already felt slightly smaller than I wanted. He said he wouldn’t do anything inbetween as it won’t look natural. So torn
July 16, 2021
No option for 275? I was given 225, 255, or 275cc choices. Not sure on profiles. I still could decide so she picked for me, haha. I honestly feel like I could have gone bigger and 275 or 300 I don't think would have made that much of a difference. Again, the fear of regret is real either way and in my heart I knew I would hate spending the money, recovery and health for being too big and being stuck. I would just try to have a good conversation with your PS and hopefully you can trust. But trust yourself above all and stick to your guns on what you want and what you will be comfortable with when it's over :)
July 16, 2021
Yess! Going big is my biggest fear. My doctor is very big on matching your chest width. He won’t do inbetween sizes. Only implants with your widths diameter so I’m limited
