4th Time is a Charm. 580 Cc

I've had 4 breast augmentation since 2003. My 1st was in 2003 when I was 18. I had a very small frame so I only went to 320. After having 2 kids they no longer fit my frame so had my 2nd surgery in 2008. Over time I hated how they looked; they were too round and the nipples dropped really low. So I went to dr Horowitz for my 3rd surgery. He confirmed what I thought about the breast being way to close together. I decided on 580cc high profile gummy silicone under the muscle. I loved them but after a few months I noticed the right size was drastically smaller. So I went back for my 4th this past friday, 12/27/19. He made the right pocket larger and put in a new implant that was 50cc.
