WORTH IT
It was a wonderful experience, Dr. Harper was so professional and very kind. He did an excellent job with my breast implants. I recommend people to do their research before any procedures, I am glad I did because he was listed as one of the best in this state and I am very happy with his service and I absolutely love his staff.

absolute worst experience of my life

He told me that he had some magical block that works for 90% of people with very little pain after the procedure.
