I have gotten implants but my doctor said that cleavage was not possible based on my bone structure.
The implants are silicon moderate profile 250cc. I had discussed with my surgeon before hand and he assured me cleavage was possible but post op he said it is not realistic. I am MtF so I do not have a natural woman's chest structure but I have done lots of research where others in similar situations as myself were able to achieve cleavage and most used "Gummy-Bear" implants which my surgeon steered me away from.
After the surgery I came to find out he doesn't even offer them. What should I do?
Is cleavage really not possible, have any others had similar experiences / solutions?
