One month post!!

Wow it has been a month since my surgery. I just started incorporating very light upper exercises. For back, I am doing seated machine rows and cable rows. For biceps, I am doing dumbbell and cable curls. Shoulders, I'm doing external rotation on cable machine and front raises with dumbbells. Weight is very light to make sure I don't use my pecs too much and focus just on the muscle I'm working. Able to do leg press, lunges, seated curls, leg extensions, and hip thrusts. I just have to watch the weight on these too because if I go too heavy I tighten up my chest too much. I bought two new bras that I'll post pics of later! I am still able to wear some of my old sports bras too which is great. I love the way they look. My implants are still pretty high as you can see from the pics but I'm confident they'll keep dropping. I took a couple side pics this time to compare. I am now using the biocorneum for scarring too.

Hey there! I am considering going to Dr. Pittman for my lift and implants. How do you still feel about his work three years later? And would you recommend him to others? Thanks!
