Really research and gather pics of what you want that are exactly the size, shape and placement of what you want. I wish I had known that moderate profile plants are better for that round upper pole look and I wish I had asked for a more cohesive implant as well. I also wish I had not gotten such a wide implant because it is too big I think for my breast which has pulled them down making them lack upper pole. Bigger is not better and many people on here suggest going bigger because as they settle they will appear smaller, but realize that if they are bigger they will eventually settle as it my e lower than you want due to their size and weight.

See I thought HP would get more upper pole fullness and moderate is a wider implant??? Sorry you didn't get what you wanted. I think you look great.

From my understanding, moderate profile doesn’t give us upper pole fullness. It’s wider than the high profile but much less projection. You can compare this base on implant size chart of the implant company you’re going for. If you like more upper pole fullness and cleavage, HP is usually recommended.
I had mine done a week ago. What I think is that you should still go with HP, but bigger Volume which mean they give you a bit of the upper pole projection and a lil more width as well. Also depends on your BWD.
This is just my personal experience but I hope it could be helpful if you decide to do a revision.
For you preference my stat is 5’3, 114lbs, average body shape. I started with 32B (small B, never fill the cups)
My implants are Natrelle soft touch 415cc High profile. BWD was 13cm right/ 12.5cm left.

Almost 10 months post op and I hate my result. My implants are low and I have no cleavage without majorly tight bra to hold my breasts up. I’m so disappointed and I have a feeling to get it corrected will be just as or even more expensive than my first surgery.

6 weeks post-op tomorrow

Well it will be 6 weeks post for me tomorrow and I must say my breasts feel completely like a part of me now. Morning boob is almost completely gone and the only thing I still have is sensitivity in the nipple area. Other than that all is good!! Will post some pics this weekend.
