I’m 5’ and 112 pounds. I had my consult and he suggested 440cc’s over the muscle. I breastfed 3 babies for almost 12months each. Thankfully I bounced back from a DD to a B after each child . I’ve always have been tiny and so my husband promised me this once we were finished having kids. I’m curious if anyone in small stature has had implants over 400cc’s as it’s so hard for me to find someone to compare too. They sizers looked good but I’m afraid of going to big on the other hand I’m also afraid of going smaller and regretting not going with his suggestion.

Hi I’m small like you and my doctor put 300 cc in me over the muscle. I wish I had him put them behind the muscle cause I always feel they are heavy. I hate not having something on to support them. My friend said if they were behind the muscle then the muscle acts like a bra almost. Kinda makes sense. Mine are pretty but still with I had gone behind the muscle. I’m a 32DD...
Date is set for mid January. My dr suggested over, 1 being faster healing time since I have little ones and due to loss of volume from breast feeding. I’m not “saggy” or in need of a lift, but I think maybe it just would fill out better being over.

I just had surgery 4 days ago, got 445 and 470 ultra high profile (sub- muscular) because rib cage is 28" I'm 5'4" 112lbs. Started as B cup, had two kids/breast fed. Might upload a progress story soon. I was in the same boat as finding small frame girls with 450+ and kids is a little more rare. In my case he strongly recommended against over the muscle with any implant past 330cc. I'm very happy so far!
Thanks for sharing that info. Why “strongly?” Is it due to the weight of the implant? I would prefer over due to being very busy with 3 little ones and having less down time. I’d love to see progress photos. My ps came highly recommended by a few people I know, but now I’m second guessing
It didn't have to due to the weight, it was the amount of natural tissue I had in the upper pole. Here said past 330cc the implant would be showing. I'm not sure how much tissue you are starting with compared to me, I guess you would need to see my before photos to compare.
