Open Hole After Stitch Wouldn’t Heal? Pictures

WORTH IT
Hi, I am 5 weeks post op and everything seemed to be going well until yesterday morning when I saw that whatever scab I had left got stuck in the gauze due to a leak of some sort and ripped itself off. Same day in the evening when I checked again the whole thing came off leaving a hole with clearish liquid in it. What was on the gauze seemed like a bunch of undissolved stitches (this is under my left breast at the end of the surgery scar) there is also a small stitch sticking out of the skin but it doesn’t bother me and I believe it will come off on it’s own? Under my right breast the wound is fully healed however I’m starting to notice in the end something a little hard which doesn’t bother me, but I’m assuming it might be more stitches trying to spit out. I am applying iodine solution and also baneocin ointment which is an antibiotic. These aren’t prescribed by a doctor just naught at the pharmacy. If someone has a suggestion or has experienced something similar please let me know how you managed to close the hole please! I’m desperate!

This happened to me after my breast augmentation! My surgeon ended up just pulling it out with a pair of tweezers and the hole closed up on its own in about a week
Be VERY careful when playing with sutures. While it may seem superficial and not likely is, there is ALWAYS a possibility it could be a permanent suture. Tell your surgeon and have him remove if needed. If I were you, I would do some warm compresses on it and triple antibiotic/Neosporin. Your body will push it out naturally since it recognizes this as a foreign body. Best wishes beautiful!
Happened to me after tt revision I had a few spitting Stitches that turned into wounds . I used medi honey per my dr recommendations. You can order it off Amazon for like. 10$ . Used it for 2x a day and took about 2 months for everything to close up however my areas were worse than yours.
