Office review: all inclusive, not so inclusive - misleading

I thought I found a physician but misleading potential patients or inconsistency on information will cause me to rethink even getting this procedure and see why people go abroad. As I just finish my consultation I feel a lot of the things are misleading. Their ad online states a price with all fees included. Surgeon fees, implant fees and anesthesia included and It's also states the same on realself. After the consult you meet with the finance dept and after receiving the final bill, it double in price! Now it's a total of 14,000. On the itemize bill everything is bill separately. For example the augmentation with a lift is 6k-7k no implant , anesthesia, surgeon fees and implant are separated and that's not what their ads state. I'll add the itemized bill after work because it's not all inclusive, it's all fees are excluded
