9 Days Post Op!

I am still in awe of my new boobs! They don’t feel like they are mine just yet but I am sure with time they will feel like a part of me. I am still in some pain but it is definitely getting better and manageable. I am still taking Tylenol but less often. I will have stitches out next Thursday! Of course still wearing a sports bra (that hides them :) all of the time. Showering and shaving is a challenge but all worth it! I will try to upload pics later, it keeps giving me an error message

What an exciting journey this has been! Overall a great experience though! The pain at times was a challenge and still can be in the morning when I wake up. I LOVE my new boobs! However, the swelling will go down and they won’t be as big. For the pain, peas have been my best friend and Tylenol. Also, my daughter just turned 4 so that has been interesting too but she has adjusted well and I have had lots of help! As for the surgery, it went great! I wanted larger implants (375 cc possibly high profile), but my doctor advised against it. I ended up with 325cc (my chest is A symmetrical-my rib cage protrudes more on one side) & 350cc Mentor Moderate Profile Silicone implants. Pre op I was 105lbs very small b cup.

Post Op Day 1

Yesterday was a little rough. I could not sleep much. Today I woke up feeling a little better, even the swelling on my sides have seemed to decrease. I ended up with 350cc and 325cc. Apparently my chest is asymmetrical (one side of my rib cage protrudes more than the other). I wanted 375cc but my doctor didn’t want to do it. I did cry yesterday because I thought they were small but looking at them today without a bra they seem ok. I am still taking pain medication every 4 hours so hopefully by tomorrow I can decrease those too. Also, peas have been my best friends!

I am trying to add pictures but it’s saying they are too large?? Any suggestions?!
