Motiva Ergonomix Dual Plane - Asian 5’1

PSimprovement

Debated whether to start a review here in RealSelf because I wasn’t sure I wanted to share my journey in public. But this community has helped me so much and wanted to pay it forward. I’m currently 5 days away from my BA and I will have to fly to Phuket (solo) to go through the surgery. It’s been a lifelong desire to want perfect / big breasts which would suit my body. For reference I’m 5’1 and around 53.5kg, athletic built with a good set of meaty hips and thighs lol I’ve always looked athletic and wanted to fix that by making a more hour glass shape through BA. I’m absolutely terrified of going under, being alone in the recovery process and having to travel back home by myself only 6 days after surgery. I consider myself a pretty brave woman but thinking about how I’m gonna have to go through this by myself is horrifying. My surgeon will the Dr.Sanguan, one of, if not the best plastic surgeon in Phuket so I know I’m in good hands, but it’s just the thought of being put to sleep and waking up with tits that scare me. How painful would it be? Will I vomit from nausea? Can I go to the bathroom and feed myself after? Will it be the boobs I’ve wanted?

If you’ve got tips for me please comment below, needing alot of boob sister support right now.

Will keep you guys posted the next few days

Where will you recover right after the surgery? I needed quite a bit of help afterwards, with lifting things and getting up and down from a laying position, even propped upwards. However, I also had a breastlift, so that may have entailed more pain. I experienced nausea so I didn’t want to take the stronger pain meds they gave me because it made it worse. I think 2-3 days after the surgery was the worst pain. However, everyone seems to have a different experience. I wish you the best and a speedy recovery and safe travels. Having the surgery was so worth it in my opinion.

Hi! So they’ll keep me overnight at the hospital then transfer me to a hotel after which I’ll be alone in the room. Hopefully I can move around by then, but incase I can’t, they have people I can call to help. How was the pain level without the pain meds? I too get nauseated quite easily so that’s one thing I worry about

That’s great that you will at least have the option to call someone for help and good you get to stay overnight the first night. I’m sure that will be a lot of help. I’d say without the pain meds, the pain for me was like 8 or 9 out of 10 the first two days after surgery, but again, I also had a lift. I was very, very sore. Mostly first thing upon waking up there was a very heavy feeling in my breasts and that lasted awhile though each week became better. I could have taken over the counter meds once I quit the stronger meds after the second day. But I’m not big on meds, and it was easier to manage painwise, I’d say maybe starting the 4th day, though I still moved very slowly and did not raise my arms at all if I could help it. Perhaps pack very lightly for your trip since you have to fly back by yourself. I’ve seen women on here say they went to lunch, etc. the next day lol. So everyone is different and you may not be in as much pain, hopefully.

Where is your incision located? How's the scar?

Night before surgery

My pre-op tests and the operation itself will be done tomorrow- initially I was scheduled for the afternoon surgery but I’ve been moved to the morning, happy about that. I’m feeling all sorts of things, happy and excited then suddenly anxious and nervous. All part of the process I guess. Did everything to keep my mind off tomorrow, from fully body wax (figured it would be awhile until I can get that done), 1 hour yoga session focused on stretching and twists and a massage. I’ve consumed so much water as well, And need to stop by midnight.

Tomorrow before the surgery I plan to do the wim hof breathing method just to make sure my body is a little calmer and oxygenated. I have all these weird rituals I’ve picked up in preparation for THE DAY. I’ve wanted this since I was 16 and I felt like I needed to make sure I do everything on my part to prepare for this- also researched my surgeon thoroughly so my I keep telling myself to just be calm and not give in to anxiety.

Will be posting an update with a photo if I’m coherent tomorrow when I wake up lol wish me luck!

The hospital didn’t have motiva ergonomix on hand so I went with the round silk surface still 300cc dual plane. I was in a lot of pain last night, could barely move and feeling all sorts of sensation. I thought i wouldn’t feel it since the GA and morphine shouldve numbed me but it was the opposite. At around 4am I wobbled to the bathroom myself and successfully peed on my own. Honestly it was a really rough night. Today Dr saw me to take off bandages and they look amazing. He said surgery went really well, and 300 was really the biggest he could fit. I’m so happy with the results and I can’t wait for them to drop and fluff. For now tho I need to stay on top of my meds and make sure to move slowly and not lift anything.

Great to hear, glad you are already loving them! In my opinion, the pain is worth it! Hope you feel better soon and get lots of rest!

Thank you so much! Yes I agree, pain was worth it. I thought I was ready for the pain but man I was shocked I could feel so much despite the GA and morphine. Also pleasantly surprised that my boobs don’t look like “franken boobs” despite it being new haha
April 21, 2022
Hi. How are your boobs now ?
April 21, 2022
Hi! My recovery has been a little rough, they are still quite hard and morning boobs are the worst. My back is having spasms from sleeping upright for 2 weeks now. But honestly seeing them makes the pain all worth it if that makes sense. Apparently one day you’ll just wake up and the pain is gone, looking forward to that day

What was your breast width diameter compared to the breast implant you chose?
