3 months PO and only 'satisfied'

So sorry to hear you are unhappy with your results. Have you spoke with your PS and expressed your concerns? I agree they don’t look as if they have fully dropped yet.

They definitely look constricted I think your creases need to be released further possibly but I’m no doctor. At this point maybe pregnancy and hormones will help relax everything in there so they do come down. If they don’t I believe it’s an issue with placement/crease.

Mine still don’t hang all the way over the crease either by the way. I’ve got ripples all the way around mine :(

Laying down the scars look like their hidden under your boob, not in the crease like when their first done. Once the implants move downward into the pockets the incision will shift slightly upward. When looking at your breasts, without pulling upward, have someone look at them to take the picture or tell you exactly where they see the incision line. I’m sorry your so unhappy with them. No two people will look alike with the same implant. Our starting anatomy, beginning stats, skin elasticity and BWD all play a key role on our end result. My boobs are definitely sitting on my scars, and feel they should hang over the scars, and the scars should be completely hidden. Ugh, I'm so frustersted and feel I have the worst luck.

My skin is tight even after BFing 2 kids, so feel they haven't settled as theh still buldge at the top lol

While you look pretty, I would have thought, like you, that 425 HP would look bigger. My guess is you are well within your bwd. I think moderates give more clevage than hp. I had implants backwards for 6 months and do not kbowbit andbthat is why I had zero upper pole/ it was rough, and uncomfortable till I ent back to overs. Are you under or over? What is bwd?

I think it takes time for us to see our own results and be able to sort them out in our heads. Nothing is perfect so there will always be things to find that aren’t. Do you feel your BA has at least improved your breast situation so they’re better now than before? If you don’t then I would be vocal about that with your PS. My breasts were extremely flat and smushed at first and I breastfed 2+ years and have had 4 kids so we thought my breast tissue would stretch fine. I don’t typically get stretch marks either. I got 405cc smooth round moderate natrelle inspiras. They aren’t supposed to ripple but mine have been coming and going since the first week and it did bother me a lot more before. I’m 8mp P.O. and in my last update you can see how I looked he first week to how they do now. Massive massive difference. The rippling has gone away completely but has returned at diff times the past 8 months. I’m worried if I lose any more weight it could get worse but I’m also patiently waiting for my one year check up w ps bc I’ve mentioned some things every visit and want to see if they’re even an issue by the one year mark. Try not to focus on what you don’t like as much as I know how hard it is bc it’s your body but you look perfect here and have great results just from looking at the pic!❤️

8 months post op, and still not pleased. They are better than before, but not even remotely close to what I was hoping for. I'm so disappointed :( I feel I wasted $11,000. I have an 8 month check up next week, so I am going to be very vocal!

I think they look amazing. Perfect for your body and on the large size for your petite frame. They are much bigger than your before, so definitely not a waste. Doctors always say you won't look the same as others with the same ccs. I am sorry you are disappointed with your result though. Have you spoke with your doctor? If the max you were allowed was 450, you wouldn't even notice a difference between the 425 and 450.

He girl, your results are beautiful. Sorry you are disappointed with your size. Although it looks to me as if your muscles still very tight and are compressing the implant. Did you work out a lot pre BA? The reason I ask is because i worked out a LOT and it took mine about 6 mo before the muscle relaxed/released to allow the implants to fluff. My pectoral muscles were so strong and tight I think you should give it a little more time. I agree going up 200cc won’t make much difference. I was actually extremely disappointed in the beginning because I felt they were so small. Right around 6 months is when they started really filling out. They are still not as big as I had imagined they would be... especially considering the average size is 300 and the size we got are considered to be large implants. I will probably go larger(700-800) later on down the line but for now I am happy. I tell everyone to go at least 600 lol

In your collage pics I can see the implants have moved (5 mpo) and given you some beautiful cleavage. Look at it this way, you have bigger breasts than before (pre-op AA) and cleavage which you didn’t have before. So it’s really not wasted money. I thought I’d be bigger too but I have a bigger BWD than you. I think we all come out smaller than we expect. I have fluffed many times throughout my first year after BL/BA sx. I now wear a 34I sister size 36H and still feel small some days. But being further along don’t be surprised if you fluff a bit more. I think your breasts look fabulous and I would be happy to have them. Wouldn’t you rather have them instead of your before boobs? Try not to find the negative only the positive. Be patient and enjoy your new you! ❤️

How are they looking now? You look great, but I totally understand what you are saying. I’m 9 weeks and I feel these are as big as they are gonna get. I was hoping they were gonna look the way they look when I have morning boob lol. I also feel everyone with my stats have way bigger ones than me and they looked huge in my sizers but not so much naked. I’m hoping by bathing suit weather in June it will look a little more fluffier.
