Video update - almost two weeks!
untitled-prod-video-489809-id-57454
Almost two weeks in. Scars are healing nicely - I’ve started using bio oil already and silicone sheets.
They get softer everyday and I can sleep relatively normally now without feeling a bit tender.

A week and a half with new boobs
Here are some updated pics after 5 days when I was allowed to take off the plasters and had my first proper shower! I was told to use hibiscrub in the shower which I did, then I had a virtual consultation with Marcos so he could see how they were healing. I had quite a bit of glue still on the incision so he said to use the savlon cream to soften this, then after another week, I could start to use bio oil to start the scar healing process.
Some things which I wanted to note in case helpful for anyone thinking about having breast aug:
1. Apparently a lot of patients suffer from either nausea or constipation after surgery. This is so true. I felt horrendous and bloated for at least 3-4 days and I had to take some herbal laxatives to move things along... the pain of my tummy was actually the worst part of this whole process for me.
2. Get some comfortable pillows or even a pregnancy pillow. Sleeping upright / elevated is so uncomfortable and lots of pillows definitely helped me sleep better.
3. Don’t freak out about the scars. I freaked out about mine when I first saw them because I thought they would never properly heal, but after a few days of not wearing the plasters, cleaning with hibiscrub and lathering in savlon cream, they look so much better!
4. I’m not sure if I’m just lucky but the pain was minimal - I didn’t take any of my pain meds! Maybe it was because I only got 205cc and went subfascial but aside from my nipples feeling a tad tender, it’s been very manageable!

Mini Boob Job, Motiva 205cc Demi
I have wanted breast implants for a while and after a few consultations with different surgeons, I finally decided on Prof Marcos Sforza based out of Harley Street, London. He put my mind at ease immediately and answered the million and one questions I had! I was an A cup and I told Marcos I wanted a very natural implant and boost where people wouldn't be able to tell if I had had a boob job! After playing with different sizes we decided on the Motiva Ergonomix Round which are perfect for those looking for implants which fall in to your natural breast shape, and size 205cc demi profile which don't sit too high on the chest. This would most likely take me to a small C cup which is exactly what I wanted! I also got subfascial implants (beneath the fascia a thick membrane layer which covers the pectoralis muscle. So the implant is still beneath the gland and on top of the muscle but has an extra layer, the fascia covering the implant). I had my surgery yesterday. I went in to theatre about 2, I was in there for about an hour, woke up, watched half a film, ate a cereal bar, peed and was out 5.30. There was definitely some discomfort but no pain.... Also felt quite sleepy still. Marcos came to check on me straight after my surgery and the nurses gave me antibiotics and ibuprofen for swelling. They also gave me paracetamol and codeine for the pain ( which I haven't taken because I don't feel I need them). I'll keep posting my progress.
