So as I type this a child is running around the house like an airplane, the 1st grade is on her I pad because it is not a school night and the other three are teenagers hanging out in their rooms. For the most part all is quite in the house. I’m taking advantage of this and doing laundry, freezing meals and trying to prepare for my hubby as best I can. Although he says don’t worry about it! We can handle this momma! He would prefer I do nothing and just focus on packing my bag. This quiet will not last long though. Tomorrow is another day.
I’m not sure if I’m trying to make things go smoother for him as I am recovering or as I’m being selfish and want him to do as little as possible with the house and kids and focus his energy on me and my ouchies. (Thats a great thought). It seems as though no matter how much I prepare it will never be enough. 5 kids. That’s all I should have to say. Ages you ask. 16,15,11,6,2. So we are constantly moving and grooving. My eldest just turned 16 and has no interest to drive. We live in Montana and right now there is a few inches of ice on the road mixed with several inches of snow. Not ideal driving conditions for a newer driver. So depending on her is a negative. She also is 16.... With a boyfriend.... So she never wants to go anywhere or do anything unless he is invited or can come. Which drives me insane because I was NEVER like that. My 15 year old boy is into Fortnite and video games but is grounded because of his grades so he is a disgruntled teenager because he has no electronics. And I can not rely on any of the others for too much just because they are younger. So planning is my thing. That’s what I do. I’m doing laundry, cooking and frankly just trying to make these next four days go by faster. I work full time at a small farm store in my town and sell seed. I took the day before surgery off of work so I could make sure everything was prepared for when I come home. I will go in Monday and that is it for the week. I made a reservation at a local hotel so I won’t have to make the 2 hour journey home and then return the next day for the post op visit. Did I mention I am so not looking forward to that drive home and may just take a pain med right before the drive to crash out. The weather here is so crappy and cold and the forecast for the next few days is Snow. Lots of snow. And if we are getting lots of snow here. That means Whitefish Montana which is closer to the Canada border is getting even more snow. So stay tuned folks. We are in for an adventure of a lifetime.

Procedure- breast implant exchange and lipo of the abdomen and flanks
First meeting
So quick background. I’m 38, 120 pounds, 4’9, 5 kids married 18 years and have always known when I was done having kids, I would focus on myself for a little bit. 12 years ago I had my first breast augmentation. I was a 34 A cup and went to a 375 cc saline smooth high profile implant that placed me at a full C. Well this time and I could not be more excited. Fast forward to yesterday 1-15-19. My oldest sweet 16 birthday. I made an appointment with Dr. Nargi in Whitefish Mt, for a breast implant exchange and lipo of the abdominal area and my flanks or possible tummy tuck. I went into the appointment with goals and things I wanted to talk to her about on my mind. She would be my second opinion so I knew I had questions. I had comments, and I needed to know she could connect with me.
I get to the office 30 mins early from a 2 hour drive with a 2 year old and a husband, so I think we were all on our nerves a little bit with the little one and the anticipation of meeting the Dr. The assistant walked us back to a room and I slipped into a robe for pictures. Pictures were taken and we waited for the Dr. As soon as she walked in our nerves were calmed as she was the most down to earth surgeon I have ever met. She came in with leather pants, knee high boots (similar to the ones I had on) and knew this Dr and I would click. We started taking, she felt and looked and talked. We spoke our opinions, questions were answered and an hour later I was getting dressed and waiting for her to come back in with some books and examples. A few mins later in she comes, arms full of books and patient examples and goes right to girls who have an implant similar to what I am asking for. The dr seems like what I am asking for is reasonable and says no problem. I show her more wish pics, she shows me examples of girls who look like the wish pic. Magical. 45 more mins later we shook hands and i was booking a surgery date. January 23rd. Not only did I pay for my surgery but I was able to book next available and by next week I should be looking at bigger boobies and a smaller mid section. After 5 kids, my dream is finally coming true
