Breast implants - left to my own & young nurse stitched me

I have had several procedures with Dr Andrade and very good work. However, I noticed that throughout the years his interaction with patients is less and less, almost to a risky point.
My las procedures I barely saw him starting the surgery and he was to start another procedure before I was stitched. He left the young nurse to stitch me and went to the next surgery. I was disappointed as I feel stitching is one of the paramount stages of a surgeon’s procedure for a successful outcome, I did have a few issues with the stitches and was able to connect with his assistant doctor for help afterwards.
