Mom of 3 BF, 38, 5’, 109lbs, long distance runner. 32AA before kids, hoping to get to full C. Discussed size 350cc HP round Mentor smooth silicon gel at pre-op, but let my surgeon decide on the final size according the lift and nipple reduction that also needed. He ended up put 375cc for both breasts, crescent lift, and nipple reduction. I am glad I ended up with 375cc, because I like the look of 350cc sizer on me, but heard you need to go a bit bigger if it’s under muscle to achieve the same look.

Looks great! A 375 HP mentor? The 12 Cm diameter is good width for you. I had surgery same day- went wider

Very pretty! Are they Mentor HP. Get a good sports bra for your running. It’s hard to miss the workouts when recovering! Enjoy, they look beautiful.

I am doing ok, except I am leaking breast milk LOL! My PS said he has not seen that before. He also told me to start underwire bra to help shape and fluff the bottom of my breasts. Need to go bra shopping soon. This picture is taking wearing my pregnancy bra (36B). So I am happy that I fill this bra.

That’s not unusual really. I’ve always produced breastmilk even when not pregnant. You can have your OB/GYN check your pituitary gland and run some other tests. They will squeeze your nipple to test & make sure it is indeed breastmilk and not an infection. I produced it before having children, obviously after childbirth and still to this day. My kids are 11 & 14. It’s very minimal. The more you stimulate your breasts the more you will produce. Mine just started out of the blue, no explanation. I hope this helps a bit if it is still continuing. Good luck.

I am glad to hear it’s not unusual to leak breast milk, it’s leaking less now compare to couple weeks ago, but I know I have over active milk ducts. I will wait for my breasts to settle down a bit more and will contact my OB/GYN if it still continues.

A lot of the swelling has gone down, still some pain at the end of the day, but really bad. I finally went bra shopping and found out I am currently a 34C. C cup is exactly what I was hoping for. Still high and a bit less tight

You are still early in the process and will continue to d&f. I wouldn’t spend a lot on bras just yet. Just a tip from someone who’s a little further along in the process. I had my BL/BA 7/2017 and fluffed all the way up to 12 mpo.

Thank you for the tip, I heard that too, so just a few from Walmart for now!
