Just got my stitches out! Everything is looking great, Dr. Fiorillo says they should drop and get soft in a few months. I’m going to start massaging them and continue to take my fish oil and and vitamin E.

Specifics!

So I thought it would be good to add specifics, just in case anyone wanted to compare.
I have a fairly small frame, and am a bikini competitor. I got 360cc’s under the muscle.
Still recovering and not working out, but do have more mobility and definitely not in pain anymore!

Hey, Thanks for sharing your journey. I am new to this site but I am planning on new boobs early 2020. I have a consult in Dec but I have started my own research. Im also a bodybuilder, but im figure. Basically everyone I know has implants, but everyone has different openions on what is best. I want small implants, leaning towards saline and over the muscle. I like the size of yours. Did you get saline or silicone?
I got the gummy bear implants, which after reading the risks associated with each, I would highly recommend.

Turned the corner!

Feeling so much better today! Four days out from surgery and I finally feel like I am recovering. I can’t raise my arms past parallel, but I can wiggle my shoulders a little and my chest doesn’t feel like it’s about to explode. Wearing the devil’s band and a tight sports bra to keep the girls in place.
I went for a short walk around the neighborhood and had to stop halfway through. I was insanely fit pre surgery, and now a 10 minute walk leaves me winded. I’m assuming that my body is directing all of its energy towards healing. Eating tons of protein and vitamin C to make sure my recovery stays on track!

do you get to choose how far apart they are or do they fall like this naturally, like because of body type or something?
That's a great question! I believe in general, implants naturally follow your existing anatomy. So for me, i have always had very spaced out breasts (or whatever tissue was there) so currently that is where the implant is sitting. However! They do move and drop into place in about 3 months, and will definitely look different. I will for sure take pictures and keep everyone posted throughout my journey. I would ask your surgeon about where your would fall, as they will definitely be the expert!
They look great.
what size did you get? overs or unders?
360cc's, under the muscle!
