Procedure: Breast Augmentation and Labiaplasty

My Experience
I decided to have these procedures because, at 47 years old and going through perimenopause, I could see my body was changing and I wanted a revamp.
During the consultation, Dr. Kasemsak was accompanied by three assistants from the Destination Beauty clinic. They helped with photos, measuring, and trying on different bra sizes. Dr. Kasemsak was very respectful, listened carefully, and made me feel heard, I never felt rushed or talked over.
I originally wanted 450cc implants, but Dr. Kasemsak explained that my body frame and skin would not be suited for that size. He informed me that a “double bubble” could occur and that they could sag early. Despite my persistence, he declined to go that size, and I respected that decision - I was very pushy, haha but he did not budge!
Dr. Kasemsak recommended 375cc for one implant and 350cc for the other (as one side was larger), along with a dual-plane placement. He assured me this would give the same effect I wanted without the risks he mentioned earlier. Once I understood, I agreed to his recommendation. The assistants then helped with bra sizing using sample implants and took before-and-after photos from different angles.
For my labiaplasty, Dr. Kasemsak asked if I had reference photos rather than physically examining the area, which I believe was due to cultural reasons. This is very different from Western practice, where surgeons typically examine the area before surgery. However, I respected this and continued with the consultation.
I had deleted my own photos but showed him similar before-and-after images I found online that closely resembled my situation and my desired outcome. Despite some language barriers, he understood exactly what I wanted. He then explained that the procedure he planned would provide better results and recovery than methods he had previously used. He drew diagrams of the two different techniques and showed me which one he would perform. Honestly, I loved that he drew pictures during the consultation - it really helped me understand how the surgery would be done.
He also clarified that this surgery was purely cosmetic and would not address any internal concerns, which would require another surgeon. The Destination Beauty staff offered to assist in finding a specialist if needed. He asked if I understood this, and I confirmed that I did and requested to proceed with the labiaplasty.
After the consultation, I felt confident that Dr. Kasemsak fully understood my expectations, using visual aids and explanations to ensure we were aligned.
Day of Surgery
The staff were professional and supportive. The only moment I felt nervous was when I was wheeled into the operating room - I thought, “What am I doing?” - but the staff were lovely, helped me relax, and I was soon asleep.
I woke up in my private hospital room with a nurse present and food waiting - it was amazing! The nurses were extremely respectful, kept doors closed for privacy, and knocked before entering. My hospital recovery was comfortable and well managed. Pain management was excellent, which was something I had been concerned about prior to surgery. I must say, the aftercare was better than Australia - they really ensure pain is under control and do not send you home straight away.
Recovery & Results
Breast Augmentation
Recovery was very smooth with minimal discomfort, which was easily manageable. I was blown away by my results! The stitching was nearly invisible, and the shape and size were perfect - exactly what Dr. Kasemsak advised. At 11 weeks post-surgery, the implants have settled, the swelling is gone, and they look natural with beautiful fullness in a bikini. Dr. Kasemsak did an incredible job on my breast augmentation.
Labiaplasty
Initial recovery was manageable despite the catheter, which the nurse removed skillfully. As the days progressed, I experienced discomfort when sitting, walking, or standing for long periods. Nurses checked me three times a week and found no signs of infection. Once I returned home, discomfort increased, and after 2–3 weeks I visited my GP, who confirmed I had a yeast infection and BV -This was treated with antibiotics and cream, and once cleared, recovery became much more comfortable.
At 11 weeks post-surgery, my labiaplasty results are fantastic - firm, smaller (haha), tight-looking, natural, and exactly what I wanted. It has improved both appearance and comfort in daily activities, including wearing bikinis, underwear, and riding my motorbike. The minor complication was unrelated to the surgeon. I am overwhelmed with happiness at how it already looks at 11 weeks and can’t wait to see the final healed result.
Recommendation
Overall, I would rate my experience 5 stars. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kasemsak for breast augmentation and labiaplasty, especially if you want realistic, natural-looking results and supportive care from the entire Destination Beauty team. The stitchwork is incredible, and the entire process was handled professionally.
Tips for Others
Take before-and-after photos to show your surgeon - this helps with language barriers.
Follow post-operative instructions carefully.
Prepare for a realistic recovery timeframe.
Have clear expectations and communicate them - write down questions before your consultation. Destination Beauty staff can assist if language is a concern.
What Could Be Improved
The only thing I felt could be improved was a brief visit from the surgeon prior to surgery. I did see Dr. Kasemsak before going home, but one more visit before surgery would have been ideal.
I would like to thank the entire Destination Beauty team for the wonderful care and support I received. I also want to mention that the hospital and hotel accommodations were exceptional. I traveled alone but never felt alone because of the entire team. The hotel staff were beautiful, thoughtful, caring, and incredibly helpful. This experience left me with unforgettable memories, and I am truly thankful - I cannot wait to return.
Finally, thank you to Dr. Kasemsak for working his magic and giving me the results I was hoping for. He is a highly skilled surgeon with exceptional stitch work and is also very pleasant to deal with. I am one very happy patient.
