No Complaints!!

From the beginning I got the feedback and answers I desired. I never once felt dismissed or like a number. I’ve read reviews of doctors giving off that vibe so if you don’t like that treatment, you’ll appreciate the staff at Maine plastic surgery. Carey took the time to listen to me and hear me out. I enjoyed talking with her! The consult with her and Dr. Gardenier was in depth and I had all my questions answered. It was formal too, if I remember correctly there was even a ppt presentation. I felt like I was getting my procedure done by an educated PROFESSIONAL. And as a medical professional that is paramount to me. I booked a virtual, came in person for my preop where meds were discussed and medical history was reconciled. I was given directions for the night before surgery, came in the morning and was taken care of by the best nurses btw. After waking up, further directions given to my sister (caretaker) and I, we went to our hotel and came back the next day. The recovery is tough. Not going to lie. Sleep was tough for a while. But makes a lot of sense. The incisions were placed underneath the breast and implants were underneath the muscle. Don’t expect to use your upper body much cause it hurts. As in biceps and pectorals. I didn’t restrict too much movement though as I heard that can cause stiffness. I also was given scar gel at my follow up and after my tape was allowed off. Keep it on! Pretty reasonable post procedure guidelines. I love my results. I feel so much more feminine and I don’t regret it. I got around 500cc but I’m also 5’9” and have a wider frame. One thing to note if your job requires lifting you won’t be cleared for a month. Thank you medical team and coordinators @maine plastic surgery.
