Fabulous surgeon but awful outcome - grade four capsular contracture

Oh this is such a distressing situation. I am five months postop and I already have a grade four capsular contracture. I think I knew right from the beginning things were going to ho wrong. I developed a tremendous seroma after my reduction and had to have a drained 10 times. Now I have the highest grade of capsular contracture. I just wanted smaller boobs and not to have to wear a bra all the time. I don’t know if I want to even have revision surgery because it seems like it comes back more often than not. I got 405 moderate under the muscle and the projection is really terrible. It’s not my surgeons fault, I just chose the wrong implant. I just don’t know what to do here, he took out a lot of my natural breast tissue so if I explant I will be a deflated B at best. I wish I heard more positive stories about good outcomes with capsular contracture but I’m just not reading many. The worst part is I much prefer my preop boobs. What did I do??? I just want to hear a positive outcome on capsular contracture and not stories about having to have four or five revisions
