Today was the day! I finally had my breast augmentation. I hav two kids- my daughter just turned 3 and my son is 16 months old. Before I had kids, I was a 34DD. After breastfeeding my boobs completely deflated! My ultimate goal through this whole process was just to feel more like me again. After breastfeeding both kids for about a year, my boobs turned into pancakes. Nothing like they were before.
Today we ended up going with 360cc Natrelle Inspira HP under the muscle. I arrived at the Surgery center at 8am, and was on the operating table by 9:07! Woke up in PACU around 11am and was home at noon. Overall I am super sore. Not excruciating pain or anything, but very tight and the soreness runs down through my arms a little. I have taken my first dose of pain meds since leaving the facility, and will take a Valium before I go to bed tonight. So far I can’t tell if I have any bruising, I haven’t attempted to take off my surgical bra. Hoping I will sleep okay tonight and the pain doesn’t get too bad tomorrow!

I thought the before kids/BF photo was your after photo. Hopefully your BA results get ya back to that point. With your height etc. I'm surprised the PS didn't go larger with your implants. A lot of times taller women swallow up the implants. Curious of how they settle? Did the PS recommend a BL for a perkier result? Here's to a smooth recovery, happy healing dear! :-)

I told my PS that I’d rather be smaller than bigger then I was before, so I am completely happy with the size! The bigger they are the heavier I look. He did not recommend BL

Yes sometimes people can go too big and become top heavy. It's good that you realize that and kept that in mind. Can't wait to follow your journey! Take care.

Congrats. You definitely had great boobs before the babies and they weren't terrible pre-op but I can understand why you'd get them done. I hope you heal well and love your new boobs!

Absolutely loving them!

Genuine55204
Today is just post op day two, but I already love them! I feel like they look so much like they did before babies! The past two days I have been super sore, but manageable. Trying my hardest not to do anything but get up and move around a bit to get my blood pumping. I’ve been staying at my sisters house because I have two small children at home; and I’m supposed to go home tomorrow. I’m hoping by then I’m feeling much better because there is no way I’ll be able to keep my kids off me. So far I haven’t noticed any bruising or anything so I think I’m healing up nicely!

Feeling better- took a shower

Genuine55204
This evening I starting to feel better so I finally took a shower and I was amazing! Cutting done on my pain meds during the day, but using them at night because I’m having a hard time sleeping in the recliner. Praying I start to feel even better soon so that I can “hold” my kids in my lap! Here’s another picture with no more marker!

Hi congratulations on your new boobies they look great ! I see you did not have a lift, I had similar droopiness to yours and had a large lift. I wish I'd known how nice they could look without a lift I would of opted for this as I don't think the shape of the breast is ever the same after lift, they always look boxy to me
June 7, 2020
Yes my PS said that the implant would achieve the lift while keeping them natural.

@michellemoo74 some people can get by w/o a lift if their ptosis is borderline. If your breasts are coming out boxy after a lift I'd look for a new PS. Depending upon what type of lift you're having will depend upon your results. A full anchor lift should give you perky youthful breasts. Usually right after most BA everyone has that squarish boxy look. As your breasts settle they become more normal looking per se. The scars fade rather nicely in time unless you have some type of complication after sx. If so, a scar revision can fix that right up. For those who opt to not get a lift if recommended by the PS usually end up with low nipples or a snoopy/waterfall deformity. Sometimes the breasts come out looking great if their borderline. It's all based on your bwd, skin elasticity, stats and anatomy. Hope this has helped you/others out. Do you have a review? I'll take a peek, if not you should start one. Take care :-)
