I am a Male to Female transsexual and I had wanted breast implants for many years. Folks always want to know if I have them. For the past 2 years I have been able to say yes. I had been fixed on having my procedure done through the armpit to eliminate the scar under the breast with a great doctor in Minneapolis but after considering different implant types, I ultimately decided on having anatomical shaped "Gummy Bears" implanted. These had to go in under the breast because they are more firm and can't be squeezed through the smaller incision made when going through the armpit.

Dr. Edgardo Zavala-Alarcon is the medical director at Ciao Bella and was the one who I had surgery and follow up visits with. He was quite simply an amazing guy who explained everything in detail and passion for his craft. He is very confident which is a good trait to have for a surgeon doing this type of work. All of the girls from Rosie at intake, to the rest throughout the office are extremely genuine, amazing folks to work with.

My outcome exceeds my expectations and has made a huge impact on my life. I feel much more feminine and love what I see in the mirror. The implants are more firm than expected but the shape is very natural looking since the implants have a sloped shape and don't have a bulging round look at the top. I am totally satisfied with my decision and look forward to my journey with other surgeons as my female self continues to emerge and take shape as a reality...

Greetings! Now 4 years since my breast implant procedure at Ciao Bella I thought I'd reflect on my satisfaction with my decision and add some new photos. My breasts have settled in very nicely and I love them every time I see myself in the mirror and in the clothing I am now able to wear because of them. Sundresses, low-cut tops, swimsuits etc. They do draw attention even from other girls at work who appreciate how they look. I did have an enhancement done with Hanna Curtiss at Simply Body Art in Phoenix. My areolas were very small and searching for a remedy I stumbled across their service. They primarily tattoo on women who have had breast cancer and are in need of 3D nipple tattooing after surgical procedures. The work they do is confidence boosting to say the least.
