Breast augmentation with Dr Pugash - 23Yo, 5’4 120pounds 425cc

Week 6 has been really good! I’m feeling a lot better and my boobs are continuing to drop. I love having them. Although it was pretty expensive, it was completely worth it!
I think having these have turned me into a shopaholic, I just feel like my whole wardrobe needs to change now. I like to dress more sexy, but it’s fall now and it’s time to cover them up. Sigh.
I would always think about what it would be like to have boobs, and now that I’m on the other side I can say it makes you more confident. That doesn’t mean people around you treat you differently because of them, it’s more like you project confidence outwards which is what I wanted. I feel confident in myself much more than before.
Lastly, I went and got bra fitted this week. Apparently I was suppose to do this at week 4 but I didn’t know that. I went to a specialty lingerie place as dr Pugash recommended. I got sized as 30E at both the specialty places. This wouldn’t be available at Victoria secret or la SENZA, where I got sized as 32DD. So 32 DDD is the same as 32 E is what I was told. The bras were so expensive, over $100 each, but dr Pugash made it clear how important it is to have the breasts be supported properly.

I love them but they are still uneven at 5 weeks

They are starting to drop more now, I can get away with revealing more low cut tops. Really loving them. My incisions are healed up pretty good now, not worrying about them anymore. Now wearing a bra too often, although I know my surgeon as it’s very important to always wear a bra. I always found bras uncomfortable. Once they drop fully I think I’ll go get sized and start wearing bras more regularly. I wear silicone bras and nipple covers. I love how much better clothes look on me. I still feel uncomfortable going out in more revealing clothes, I think it takes time to get use to having them!
