Botched Breast Augmentation

I had breast augmentation with Dr Dogus in May 2025 and I am extremely unhappy with my result. Nearly a year later my implants sit very far apart and look worse then what my natural breast were like before. I have no cleavage or upper projection what so ever which was the main outcome I discussed and was reassured that this could be achieved with surgery. Whenever I show any of my friends they are shocked at how botched I am and can’t believe I supposedly have implants in.

I also later discovered that a different implant size was used than the one agreed. My consultation felt rushed and I was not given the opportunity to try implant sizers or fully understand the likely outcome.

Following surgery I experienced reduced blood flow to the nipple area which required additional treatment. I raised concerns early on about the lack of cleavage but was told to wait for improvement, which never happened.

I have since been advised by other surgeons that this was a poorly done breast job and that revision surgery is needed, which I now have to pay for myself. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this directly with the clinic but have not received a meaningful response.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before choosing this surgeon as my life has been ruined by this.
