Zero Accountability

I chose Dr Rubi's for a breast augmentation this summer. I didn't find many negative reviews on his office, and his staff is very kind. However, this has truly turned into one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
I had tuberous breast to start and now my nipples are the outside, bottom of my breast. When discussing in consultation with Dr Rubis said multiple times that my nipples we're likely to stay facing away from each other, but that his hope was as the implant settled and my breast stretched over it would lift the nipple up.
There was no heavy indication this was very likely to not work and I would need a lift. I met with him with a friend, and also with my now fiancé and neither of them said they indicated any heavy concern for a lift either. Had there been I absolutely would have opted for having one at my surgery. I had the funds available, I run a small business and it was difficult to find down time, as well as 4 children at home. I wouldn't have risked the time it takes away to have a second surgery.
Dr Rubis is now acting like he made it clear he thought I should have a lift then, then he later admits in text that it was his hope they would stretch over the implant.
His solution is a second surgery for a lift, causing me to pay not only more for surgery, but a second round of anesthesia, surgery center fees, air bnb to stay out of town, ect. I feel like he's taking zero accountability and can't tell the difference between a light suggestion, and a direct statement.
I have spent many nights crying over my the way my breast now look. I am ultimately making the decision to have a corrective surgery with a different surgeon. My hope is other woman never have the experience that I have.
