WORTH IT
I booked my appointment 16 months in advance to see Dr Plovier, and it turned out my surgery day was the day before my birthday, so that was a lovely coincidence.
On the day of surgery, my trip to Belgium was a nightmare, but the second I got to the clinic the staff were so understanding and kind, they immediately put me at ease and reassured me.
I was taken to my private room to wait to see the anaesthetic and then to see Dr Plovier, both were lovely, kind and welcoming. I told Dr Plovier what I was looking for from my surgery, and left the implant size up to him.
When I was taken round to be put under, the women were wonderful, it was like being looked after by friends, laughing and joking, talking away about our kids and lives, the women who work at this clinic are all outstanding.
I woke up back in my private room, and was given a little while to rest and doze for a bit while the last of the anaesthetic wore off. I was brought in an ice lolly and some water, and the nurse went through all my meds with me that needed to be taken, how long to wear the bra for and what to expect over the next few weeks/months.
I stayed at a hotel round the corner, and the next morning one of the nurses called to make sure I’d slept well and if I had any questions before my check up later that day. I went back for my check up, where the nurse checked over all my bandages etc and went back over all the details for the coming weeks in terms of meds and when I needed to wear the bra, when I could shower etc.
I’m now 8 days out of surgery, I’ve never been in any pain, some mild discomfort and an achy feeling, like after a work out, but I’ve been able to sleep no problem and travelled back to London the after surgery with minimal discomfort. I’m so happy I went with Be Clinic for my surgery, Dr Plovier and his entire team are incredible, from the actual surgery to their bedside manner, the care and devotion to their patients is second to none.
If you’re thinking of getting surgery at Be Clinic, 100% do it, you won’t regret it.

17 days post op

I took my dressings and steristrips off today, a little earlier than the recommended 3 weeks, as I’m allergic to the adhesive and the itch gets worse the longer I leave it on. My scars already look amazing. They feel a little thick, and you can feel where the stitches were, which is completely normal, but I’m so impressed with how minimal the scarring is already. They’ll be completely invisible once fully healed! My implants are slowly starting to settle, I haven’t needed to take painkillers for at least a week as I’ve been in no pain at all. The skin across my breasts is itching where it’s slowly stretching, but I’ve been using a cream to soothe it instead of itching, which will help to lower the chances of stretch marks too.

Slowly dropping
Ladybird1088October 28, 2022
3 weeks post op, feeling good, implants are slowly starting to drop into place a little, can’t wait until fully dropped to see what they look like. Scars are minimal already, have been massaging them and use a scar treatment cream to soften them up.
