I have always been very small chested, over the course of the past three years I have gotten very into weight lifting and as a result I lost what little breast tissue I had and became completely flat. I couldn't even fit into an A cup anymore.
I decided enough was enough, I wanted to feel more feminine and have my body look more proportional. I booked a consultation in June of 2020 with Dr. Chen. during the consultation, he answered all my questions and let me try on sizers. I wanted to go as big as possible, we agreed on 350cc at first. I came back a week later because I was wanting to go larger(450CC)and he told me the biggest we could go was 400cc. I immediately knew he was the doctor for me after being honest with me and telling me the limit my body could take. I booked my surgery that day and was scheduled for the end of June. However, my COVID test results did not come back in time so the surgery center was kind enough to put reschedule me. and after being rescheduled once again because i still did not receive my results the surgery center was able to get me in right away for the following week (June 1st, 2020). When I arrived the staff made me feel very comfortable and at peace while I waited for my turn. Everything was very smooth and went great! I will insert some pictures of me before and after.

They look great!! Can you no longer wear nipple rings after surgery?
August 17, 2020
no, I can't sadly. My nipples are extremely sensitive now so I don't see myself putting them back in any time soon.

Is it under or over the muscle? There is decreases strength with under the muscle and you said you're into body building so I'm wondering which one you chose
August 17, 2020
I went with under the muscle because I did not have much tissue to begin with and wanted the most natural look I could get. I have begun to workout again but have been having to avoid doing chest workouts as it feels very strange, hopefully, i'll be able to do chest workouts again in the near future, but right now that is not my main concern, I'm just focusing on lower body, back, and arms for now.

Looks great! Your starting stats look very similar to mine and I went 350cc mod+ and they feel huge! Curious to see how they change! Please keep us updated :)
August 17, 2020
LOL, I feel you on that! I was shocked with how huge they felt the first 3 weeks, but they have finally settled a bit and fit my body perfectly! I'll post some pictures today!

Looks great! Did you have to take your nipple rings out / for how long? I'm wanting to do implants but don't overly want to take them out for a long duration as I don't want them to close up! :(
August 17, 2020
I did have to take mine out, that was something I was willing to sacrifice. I had mine in for 3 years and decided that if I want them again I'll just go through the process of repricing them. As of now, I do not see myself putting them back in anytime soon because my nipples have been extremely sensitive since the surgery.
haha just got to think of which one you want more. boobs or piercings?

Before and after 1 month

The first week- 2 weeks were the most uncomfortable for me. I had extreme tightness and was not able to move my arms around very much the first 8 days. I wouldn't say it was painful, just very uncomfortable, especially since my skin had stretched so much! I had heard of morning boob before but I had no idea what to expect! Haha, let me tell you that was probably the worst part! after I would get up from lying down I could feel all the swelling and tightness almost weigh down and I would have extreme uncomfort that lasted about 5 minutes. It finally went away after the three-week mark! just an FYI you will need help doing things for the first week! you will need help taking sponge baths and washing your hair, grabbing things, and especially pulling up tight pants! make sure to wear loose ones! it's a struggle to pull your pants up for the first 5 days, also invest in some wet wipes! It will be a struggle to wipe yourself for the first 5 days. Also driving will feel very strange the first few days because you have a limited range of motion. I drove after 8 days and had to make very quick small turns whenever I needed to turn. Overall I am sooooo happy with the results and it was definitely worth some of the uncomfort! If anyone has any questions just ask and I will answer! I'll post more updates and things I remember about my recovery through the upcoming weeks.

Some post-op pictures in clothing

I feel so much better about the way my body looks in clothing not to mention it makes me look even thinner now! I fill out my clothes now and I finally have the curvy look on top to match my hips. Everything was so worth it!

Since you were so wide set before, are you getting more cleavage now without pushing them together? Lovely results! Love the pic with the sleeves off shoulder and you pushing them together. Does it bother you going braless? My nipples are so sensitive I'd be walking around poking out through my shirt lol. Keep the updates coming.

I do have a bit of cleavage without pushing them together, but not too much. I was instructed by my surgeon not to wear a bra for the first 6 weeks that way they could drop faster. I had my checkup yesterday and he told me I should start wearing underwire bras every day that way they don't drop down too low and bottom out. I guess the new additions need some extra support now! which is totally fine with me, I'm going to love wearing a bra and create cleavage with it. Since my original inframammary fold was a bit higher than my new one, I did notice my incision is above my new fold but it does not look like a double bubble, and it is not bothering me much, I'll be keeping an eye on it to make sure it isn't an early sign of bottoming out.
It does not really bother me going braless, I did it all the time before my surgery and in fact, I like the no bra look lol. but looks like I wont be able to go braless for the next 6 months at least. My nipples have finally settled down and are not as sensitive, at first they felt like they were constantly chaffing.

Maybe you can post new pics without clothes? It is interesting how every PS has their own post op instructions. Sometimes if a PS notices early signs of double bubble or bottoming out, they will highly recommend wearing a wire bra non stop to try and help the pockets/breast heal in the proper place. Quite often ladies do bottom out or develop double bubble when their IMF is lowered. I seen it a lot reading reviews. Just follow your PS post op instructions closely. Have a great day and take care. Happy healing.
