5'3" 112lbs 36 y/o two breastfed kids 12.5bwd 330/310 mod plus silicone unders

Hello, I have creeped on this site long enough and am finally writing a review because my surgery is in 4 days and I am so nervous!!
My PS is Dr. Al Cohn in Birmingham, Al. I felt really comfortable after the consult and I was convinced that I was going to need a lift long with implants. To my surprise he said I could have nice results with implants alone.
His nurse is ordering a variety of sizes between 275cc and 330cc. Not sure what he will choose just yet and that sort of drives me crazy but I know that I just need to trust that he is the expert!
Right now I fit into a 32b bra from VS and really would like to just be a Full C cup or small D.

I'm going to add photos of my wish boobs and my current situation.

Just got home and can't believe it is finally finished. Dr. Cohn put in Natrelle mod plus 330cc on my left and 310cc on my right.

I will add a more detailed description in another post because I am pretty doped up at the moment! I will add more pics once I am able to take my surgical bra off.

So glad to be on the other side!!!
