About 4 weeks after surgery I couldn’t stand to sleep on my back anymore so I started to sleep on my side, first days I woke up with little pain in the boob I slept on but after few days it was ok already. I change sides each night. Everything seems ok.
I also went to hot springs and saunas 4 weeks PO (even 90C/194F) and I think it even helped with my recovery.

So the problem with movement/pain and the hard mass disappeared already alone. I freaked out for nothing :)) 6 weeks and I feel like I never had any surgery done. Awesome results and recovery!
