Breast implants revision

$17,000
I have a breast implants a little over a year ago (15 months ) but for some reason I don't like the way they look. I have a friend that has her implant 6 months ago and hers look very nice just the way I want mine to look like. She even got her smaller than mines. I have 440 Silicon I don't know if I should go for a revision. My implants look bad I don't like them.

What did you decide to do? Mine look similar to yours and I've been told I have grade 3 capsular contracture. Now I'm trying to decide between new implants or explant and a lift.
You should have a breast lift. They are to saggy to just put an implant in.
Hi it looks like one may have even burst as it's very flat , you should try to get an ultra sound done and see . Good luck
I think that they dont look like they are supposed to look. I agree with Jenny that it would be wise to investigate whats causing this issue. And then you can decide the best option for you.
You are right. I would go back and/or get a second opinion. One of your photos makes it appear that I it slipped also looks like you have capsular contracture. Plastic surgeon would definitely be able to tell you without a doubt.
