38 year old Mom with deflated breasts

A little about myself. I’m 38 and have one son I breastfed for 11 months. Before he destroyed my breasts I was either a 34/36 D or DD depending on my weight. After breast feeding they deflated to a saggy C and I thought that was bad. I called them my tube socks with rocks. Fast forward 12 Years to my current situation. I am in the best shape of my life, 5’4, 105 lbs, 14% body fat. But now I wear a 32A and I call them my flap jacks. I just don’t feel like my breast match the rest of my body anymore. I feel like a 12 boy when I look in the mirror. I talked my concerns over with my husband and he’s more than supportive on my plan to refill my breasts.
Recently I found out I have to have a hysterectomy and will be down and not able to lift weights for 6-8 weeks. My husband and I decided it was the perfect time to move forward with my breast augmentation. I will get both procedures done at the same time and have one recovery period. Honestly, I’m so nervous about the hysterectomy that I’m not sure I would do it without the implants.
I have met with a plastic surgeon that has lots of great reviews, 20 Years experience, and does many combined procedures like mine. Dr.
Paul Gill and my OBGYN will even be in the same office building soon. After my first two consultations, I’m still undecided between 350cc and 400cc. I have a lot of extra skin to fill and my breast width is only 11.5cm, therefore have go with Natrella Inspira SRX (extra full profile). I’m leaning towards the 400cc, but scared it’s too big for my frame. I have put down my deposit and am just waiting for a date confirmation from both doctors for surgery. Will hopefully be December 11, just days after I graduate from college. I have included before weight loss breast pics, current pics, wish boobs and me with 400cc sizers. Any advise on size would be great! Any advise in general would be great!
I’m so thankful for this website, it has helped answer so many of my questions. I’m so excited!!!

Had my pre-op for breast implants Monday. I’m super nervous, but not sure if I’m more nervous about hysterectomy or BA ????. Finally decided on Natrelle Inspira SRX 400 cc extra-full profile. 11 days to go...

Hi all! Sorry I haven’t posted pics yet, I’ve been in a lot of pain from the hysterectomy. My breast feel great though, most of them are numb. They are still pretty swollen, as well as the rest of my body. I’m up 15 lbs of water weight, very uncomfortable. Hopefully I’ll loose the water weight soon and my stomach incisions keep getting better! Anyways, here some pics from earlier today when I got to shower.

the water weight is no joke. I was 127lbs preop and 138lbs the day after my BA. I was in shock. I’m 6 days post and am down to 132. but me implants are a little over 2 pounds combined. when all is said and done I should be around 129 pounds.

The water weight was pretty much gone at one week. I’m still up a little, but I’ve probably gained a little not being able to work it. hoping to be cleared for cardio tomorrow, but no weights until 6-8 weeks because of the hysterectomy:(

...I can’t imagine having to recover from 2 procedures at the same time. that’s gotta be rough. I’m naturally an energizer bunny , and used to do everything myself and to ask for help is so “not me”. but it’s getting better. wishing you a quick recovery :)

Recovery hasn’t been too bad. I’d rather be down only once rather than twice. I completely don’t remember the first week though, lol. I’ve had a rough time asking for help as well, my husband and son have been very helpful. I can not wait to clean the house myself though, it’s killing me to let them do it :/
