38 year old Mom with deflated breasts

A little about myself. I’m 38 and have one son I breastfed for 11 months. Before he destroyed my breasts I was either a 34/36 D or DD depending on my weight. After breast feeding they deflated to a saggy C and I thought that was bad. I called them my tube socks with rocks. Fast forward 12 Years to my current situation. I am in the best shape of my life, 5’4, 105 lbs, 14% body fat. But now I wear a 32A and I call them my flap jacks. I just don’t feel like my breast match the rest of my body anymore. I feel like a 12 boy when I look in the mirror. I talked my concerns over with my husband and he’s more than supportive on my plan to refill my breasts.
Recently I found out I have to have a hysterectomy and will be down and not able to lift weights for 6-8 weeks. My husband and I decided it was the perfect time to move forward with my breast augmentation. I will get both procedures done at the same time and have one recovery period. Honestly, I’m so nervous about the hysterectomy that I’m not sure I would do it without the implants.
I have met with a plastic surgeon that has lots of great reviews, 20 Years experience, and does many combined procedures like mine. Dr.
Paul Gill and my OBGYN will even be in the same office building soon. After my first two consultations, I’m still undecided between 350cc and 400cc. I have a lot of extra skin to fill and my breast width is only 11.5cm, therefore have go with Natrella Inspira SRX (extra full profile). I’m leaning towards the 400cc, but scared it’s too big for my frame. I have put down my deposit and am just waiting for a date confirmation from both doctors for surgery. Will hopefully be December 11, just days after I graduate from college. I have included before weight loss breast pics, current pics, wish boobs and me with 400cc sizers. Any advise on size would be great! Any advise in general would be great!
I’m so thankful for this website, it has helped answer so many of my questions. I’m so excited!!!

If you're going under the muscle you will lose some volume, you might want to lean towards the larger size. Your before pics look like mine. I called mine puppy dog ears :) lol. Best wishes to you

I have read that I will loose projection going under the muscle. My PS had me try on sizers rather than the actual implant. I’m just nervous I’m going to go too big, but also don’t want to regret not going big enough. I like the nick name puppy dog ears, lol. Thanks for the reply!

Are you getting a lift as well?
December 2, 2017
Dr. Gill said a lift wasn’t necessary for me since my nipples are above my fold. I should have good results with just implants. It’s pretty excited about that, I really didn’t want to do a left
December 2, 2017
What does that mean above the fold? I'm curious if I would need a lift too. It makes the price much more bummer!

Tuck a pencil under your breast. If your nipple is above the pencil you’re good. If you google “do I need a breast lift” you all see the grades of breast sagging

Great thx for the tip. Good luck i will follow!

Hi! Just wanted to tell you that I had my surgery on Dec 27, natrelle inspira ssf 415cc . I'm 5'6, under 120lbs with a bed of 12cm. My actual band size is 28 1/2, so I'm quite narrow chested also. I have the same story as you, breast fed 4 babies with E cup size breasts , got in good shape, left with no boobs (AA cup, really). 415cc went quite far on me, I'm currently measuring 30E, or 32DD, but it's only been about 2 weeks. I felt sure that I needed a lift also, but my ps assured me that I didn't, and he was right. I'm very happy with the appearance, but now realizing that I'm prob not going to be able to buy bras 'off the rack ' at most chain lingerie shops like Victoria's secret. Just something to be aware of. Hope your surgery goes as smoothly as mine did!

I’m so glad your surgery went well. I had m surgeries on 12-11-17. Everything went smoothly too! I’m measuring a 32DDD at VS, but when I measure at home I’m 32DD. I’m not cleared for underwire bras yet, so I’m going to wait to see. I am in a 34DD Under Armour sports bra and it’s s comedy!!!

Had my pre-op for breast implants Monday. I’m super nervous, but not sure if I’m more nervous about hysterectomy or BA ????. Finally decided on Natrelle Inspira SRX 400 cc extra-full profile. 11 days to go...

Hi all! Sorry I haven’t posted pics yet, I’ve been in a lot of pain from the hysterectomy. My breast feel great though, most of them are numb. They are still pretty swollen, as well as the rest of my body. I’m up 15 lbs of water weight, very uncomfortable. Hopefully I’ll loose the water weight soon and my stomach incisions keep getting better! Anyways, here some pics from earlier today when I got to shower.

the water weight is no joke. I was 127lbs preop and 138lbs the day after my BA. I was in shock. I’m 6 days post and am down to 132. but me implants are a little over 2 pounds combined. when all is said and done I should be around 129 pounds.

The water weight was pretty much gone at one week. I’m still up a little, but I’ve probably gained a little not being able to work it. hoping to be cleared for cardio tomorrow, but no weights until 6-8 weeks because of the hysterectomy:(

...I can’t imagine having to recover from 2 procedures at the same time. that’s gotta be rough. I’m naturally an energizer bunny , and used to do everything myself and to ask for help is so “not me”. but it’s getting better. wishing you a quick recovery :)
January 10, 2018
Recovery hasn’t been too bad. I’d rather be down only once rather than twice. I completely don’t remember the first week though, lol. I’ve had a rough time asking for help as well, my husband and son have been very helpful. I can not wait to clean the house myself though, it’s killing me to let them do it :/
