3 Months Post-Op
Hi Ladies! I’m finally made it to 3 months post-op. Healing has taken me a bit longer than I expected, but I think that is due to having my hysterectomy at the same time. I’m slowly, but surely getting back to normal. I find I can do everything without pain now, thank goodness!!! At my 3 month post-op, Dr. Gill sad everything looks wonderful.
I’m loving my new boobies and having my curves back! They are bouncy and squishy!!! I gained a couple pounds when you couldn’t workout and getting those off has been difficult due to my hormone I balance, but that too is finally starting to get back to normal. I’m back to my normal workout routine, except working m chest muscles directly. That still feels WEIRD! Not sure push-ups and bench press are in my future.
I’m addicted to bra shopping, especially sports bra! My husbands thinks I may have too many, lol, but I explained I go through 3 bras a day: all day wear, workout and sleep. I also LOVE bathing suit shopping again, can’t wait for it to warm up a bit to hang by my pool. Anyways, happy healing everyone!!!

6 Weeks Post-Op
I made it 6 weeks!!! I believe everything is moving along nicely. I really love my breast!!! The size is perfect (no boob greed here 32DDD) and the shape is coming along.
Lefty had dropped into place I think and is beginning to fluff. Righty is still slightly behind, but has dropped a little more. My pec muscles are still soar, but feels better after massage. I know it’s early, but I’m enjoying swim suit shopping! That was the worst for me with my flap jacks.
My PS released me according to m OBGYN’s regulations over a week ago. Saw my OBGYN today for my 6 weeks follow up. I am officially cleared for all types of exercise; I do have to start with very light weights and work my way back up though. She also cleared me for sex in 1 week. Needless to say, my husband is super excited for next Monday and he’s ready to take his new toys for a ride, lol.
Anyways, not sure when I’ll update next, but I’ll post again soon!

5 Weeks Post-Op
It’s been a wry long 5 weeks!!! I’m slowly getting back to my busy life. Had a apt. with my PS last Thursday (4.5 weeks) and was cleared for exercise. He said to follow my OBGYN’s orders for physical activities. So, I can do light cardio. I am very slowly easing my way back into intense cardio, I have got to lose the 5 lbs gained from sitting on my butt the last month. Have my 6 week apt. with OBGYN next Monday, hoping to be cleared for everything. I miss weight lifting.
My PS also cleared me for all bras, yay!!! Dr. Gill recommends that I wear a bra as often as possible forever, ugh, due to my skin’s elasticity. So, I purchased 3 underwire bras from VS and 2 sleeping bra from Soma. I he latest purchased many sports bras (which I live I ). I noticed my breast were pretty soar after spending a day in an underwire bra, so I’m back to sports bras for a couple days.
I don’t feel like much has changed with my breasts except they are finally getting a little softer. Not anywhere close to feeling like a real breast, but getting there slowly. I think lefty has dropped completely and righty is still riding high. I’m sure one day righty will catch up.
Anyways, hope everyone is doing well and progressing complication free :)
