Recovery has been amazing. Picking up my kids and doing everything as usual 1 day after. Definitely feeling a tightness but really hasn’t bothered me at all. Been a great experience only one day in.

I have been agonizing the loss of my breast tissue since I stopped nursing my daughter over three years ago. I had a full A cup, small B before children. When nursing I went all the way up to a large C, small D. I was never insecure or even thinking about my breast size until I stopped nursing.
After that, my tissue melted away almost completely. Leaving my nipples sunk in to my now boyish looking non existent breasts. My skin was also slightly loose. Then I nursed my son and it got horribly worse where all my skin wrinkled and my breasts dented inwards! Literally multiple dents in my breasts!!
I was heartbroken. Every morning picking out my clothes is a struggle. I ended up buying one 32aa bra that was still too big! It really starts off the day wrong when nothing I own fits and I feel so insecure.
I started looking into fat transfer because I was 100% against something fake in MY body. But unfortunately I do not have enough fat as told by multiple doctors. However, one plastic surgeon told me breast augmentation was a 24 hour recovery process and really not painful or invasive as I would think. This really stuck with me and I researched like crazy for months. My good friend works at one of the best surgeons in the world for breasts in upper east side nyc. I picked her brain about implant illness and ruptures and maintenance. She sees the worst of the worst and not a ton of normal augs but basically affirmed they will need maintenance and their office essentially takes the position that some people may have a reaction to the implants in which case they remove them. It was important to know that I should have money for implants and explants and I would recommend for anyone to do the same. There would be nothing worse then being stuck with something that makes you ill.
In all my research and many people who have had it done that I asked I believe there is a minimal risk for implant illness or the cancer recently referenced for textured implants. Based on this I decided to move forward.
Posting my journey here because of how valuable this site was for me, hoping this is helpful for others.

Thanks for the review! I'm the same size as you, so did you get 365cc? Do you feel the size is what you imagined?
I did get 365cc on one side, 335cc on another. Yes I am very happy, it is still a more natural result... which is what I wanted
Do you have any update? My doctor has recommended 335, 345 or 365 cc, full profile soft touch implants. Would be great to see how yours turned out! Thanks.
