1 Year out!!!
WORTH IT
I can't believe it's been one year since my surgery. I wanted to make this last update. Honestly, nothing has changed much since the last update, and that's all good. I'm working out as hard as ever with no issues at all. I've gotten some new sports bras, so that really helps with my comfort. Overall I'm happy with the size, even though I was so freaked out at the start. They've definitely grown on me and don't look too big for my frame. I am still wearing between a 32D-32DD (started at a 34B & not filling it out).

3 Months PO
I had my 3 month post OP appointment this week and everything looks good. I inquired about a smaller implant size, only because I still feel like they’re a hair too big for my size goal. He said he’d worry if I went to a smaller implant, that I would need a lift - and I’m not up for that. The only thing I don’t love about the size is high impact exercise, but even before surgery I had a lot of bouncing because I had excess skin. I’ll just need to find a better sports bra, I hope. Incisions look/feel good and overall, I’m very happy with the outcome, especially not having to need a lift! Looking forward to filling out my bathing suit this summer :)

Your breasts look really good, the doctor did a great job
Thank you! I agree :)
Hi. They look amazing and you look the same as I do before your breast enlargement. I to have breastfed 2 babies and now loose skin and no volume at all. Did you have your surgery in the UK? I have been to two surgeons. One here in UK that suggested just the implant and then another in turkey who said a lift and implant?? Xx
Thank you :) No I'm on the east coast of the US. So according to my doc, I was on the edge for needing a lift. If I'd gone with a smaller implant (
...I may have had the ball in a tube sock look. You can get away with no lift if your implant is large enough to fill the loose skin. If you're wanting a perkier look, you may want a lift. Hope this helps and good luck with your journey!!
Very natural looking! Great fit!
Thanks! Just tried on a bathing suit top the other day and my husband commented he'd never guess they were "fake" - yay
Wow! They look so natual. Who is your surgeon dr?
very nice. before & after
Thanks :)
There gorgeous! Congrats
Thank you!

Measured 32DD & Exercise
I got measured at Soma and was 34D/32DD, but settled on 32DD for the band size. I have a 34C nursing bra from Soma and I was definitely falling out of it. It’s nice to finally have bras that fit well.
I’ve done some exercising with minimal jumping. Boobs felt fine during and after. I’m sure they’ll feel a bit differently for a run or high impact workout.

Hey!! First, you look great and your boobs fit just perfectly to your body
I am just like you pre op and want to achieve same fullness and projection. What is diameter of your implants? I am a bit higher and heavier then u ;)
Thank you!! Implant diameter is 12cm. I got 300cc, mod plus profile. If you look through my earlier pics there is a page from the online catalog that has the implant stats. Good luck with your journey :)
Congratulations on your results!
Thank you!
Glad to see your journey has been a good one :) You look great. How is the healing and scar? Are you able to lift or place your children on your hips? (You mentioned them laying on your chest in a prior post, so not sure how old your two children are). My youngest is only 21 months and still wants to be carried, so I'm worried about the tummy tuck/pelvic scar healing properly if I still have to carry my youngest around. Did the tummy tuck make much difference in your opinion? From your prior photos, it appeared your stomach was pretty flat to begin with (just a bit of post pregnancy stretch marks). Do the scars bother you or your husband? I have a csection scar and that already bothers my husband... not sure how he'll handle a scar all the way across the pelvic. Thank you for your time :)
Hey! You actually posted this on my breast implant review, so what I'll probably do is post a reply on my TT review.
They look great! Who was your surgeon?
Thanks! I PM'ed you

I can do all upper body exercises with no issues/discomfort at all. The only time I really feel them is lying on my chest, in which then I feel like I'm lying on 2 balloons. They have not sagged, but I feel this is due to my surgeon making sure we chose an implant to fill out my existing breast tissue. If I went with a smaller implant, he said I would have needed a breast lift, or I would have been left with the "ball in a tube sock" look. I do believe I had less swelling and discomfort following surgery, and recovery was faster with over the muscle. I would say following surgery it just felt like I was very sore from a lot of upper body exercises. It was originally planned for me to have under the muscle because my surgeon thought I didn't have enough breast tissue to cover the muscle, but during surgery he saw I had enough. I believe the fact I once had boobs and that they were just deflated from breastfeeding had to do with that. I do worry about CC, but hope with me being a year out and not having issues is a good sign.
I read through your post, and surgeon comments because I was curious what they had to say about it as well. With under the muscle implants, you won't necessarily need your pecs cut - I can't remember why it's only sometimes, but I do remember looking at that pre-op. I suggest you work with your surgeon to determine what's best to get to your goal of just having boobs again. I found out our boob goals are somewhat rare, so make sure you are clear that you don't want to be Pamela Anderson. And it's not all about the cc's, but the projection. I think having some loose skin helps if you want over the muscle, but your existing skin will basically determine how small you can go. I hope this helps. Best of luck on your journey, and by the way you look awesomely chiseled.
This is for me and my husband to enjoy.. I’ve always been small but when I was younger it didn’t bother me much as they were perky! I hope I look like you!
