Tomorrow!!!! Hard to wrap my head around it! Been wanting this forever and it's finally here. I'm not nervous yet but I'm sure that will change tomorrow morning on the way to the surgery center. I currently wear a 34b and it's probably a tad too big. Doc suggested 350 hp which makes me nervous because I don't want to be too big. I know 325 isn't that much of a difference and I've been reading reviews nonstop (boob greed) and feel like I should take his advice. He said so many people wish they went bigger. I go back and forth all day so I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow. I'm not sure how comfortable I'll feel adding pictures but thought keeping a diary could still be helpful since sooo many of you have been helpful to me sharing all your experiences-such a great site! Well it's officially past midnight...no more food (or water I think they said!) so I better head of to sleep. Got my button down pjs, meds, sports bras, soup, juice, apple sauce, etc all ready for recovery!

Just got home like 5 min ago! Just some tightness but nothing terrible. Took my first pain pill and am ready for a nap!

Still doing pretty good 8 hours later! The only thing that's sucks is going to the bathroom because I get very dizzy and nauseous when I stand up/walk. Once I'm back to the couch and take a sip of Sprite I feel ten times better. My husband has been wonderful helping me with everything! Definitely a must to have someone at your beck and call. Boobs look good-not high like expected but a nice handful when u feel them. Been icing a lot and it feels good. There is an occasional pain top right near armpit that will be off and on but otherwise I really can't complain! Just the heaviness/tightness. Staying up on meds helps for sure. If tomorrow is like today I will be very happy! (Feel like a lot of people say day 2 is hardest.)

Hi, what made you end up going with 350cc because I'm stuck between 325cc & 350cc I just don't want them to look too big & unatural.

I went back and forth a million times!! Like it was going crazy! Obsessed with reading reviews and trying to decided. My friends were telling me 350 sounds huge for me and to stick with 325. HOWEVER, I took the advise of my doctor. Since day 1 he suggested 350. Also have to think of it as 325 isn't THAT much different so might as well go that tad bigger. I figured I could hide it if it looked way too big but now that I've had them almost a week I'm really thankful I listened to the dr. Based of your measurements, size, and wish pics, a good doctor will know how to achieve what your looking for. In regular clothes (no bra!) they look very natural. Good luck!

What is ur current bra size? I know it's too early to tell but I'm at a loss with size my ps said either 175 or 350..... I'm a 32b to begin with and want to end up about a d cup....

No clue on size at all?! Been wearing "large" in sports bras. Can fit in a medium if I want that "sexier" look lol. I'll post some pics in the sports bras. :) The 350 is not too big not too small I really like it.

I'm having surgery in 3 weeks and my ps said either 275 or 350 I'm really hoping that he goes with 350 since I'm having under muscle .... Super nervous and excited I haven't had boobs since my first child! That was 11 years ago!
