25 Year Old Breast Implant 275 Cc
WORTH IT$6,429
CEO of the Itty Bitty Titty club right here. I was 98 lbs, 5'2 @ 25 years old and I've only ever had chest bones for cleavage. I was working at hooters of all places and we were supposed to go get bra fitted.. I had only ever bought the smallest size cause what else is there to do, so I went in with my friends and I was told I am not even a bra size..
After that day I was dead set on getting implants.
I had gotten some consults in Edmonton (where I lived at the time) however the price was outrageous, one surgeon wanted 11,000 which to me at 25 is never going to happen, It was about a 6 month wait after getting the consult and not a huge deal but the reception forgot about me and I ended up waiting 2 hours... before they wondered what I was still doing there.
I scheduled with a surgeon from Meadowlark who whilst I was there went on a sick leave so again I had to wait. I was feeling like this would never happen, and got super bummed out.
So I googled for hours and found one surgeon in Calgary that could get me in before summer. I made the drive for the consultation and instantly I was sold! The clinic was beautiful, the administrative staff was so attentive and friendly and informative and helpful just amazing. I explained to them my situation and they had an opening for me in May!! I booked it tentatively and went in to meet the Dr.Hamilton.
He was super friendly and extremely informative, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with his bedside manner. He showed me before and after pictures, told me what to expect, informed me one what size and shape would work for my body type as I didn't want huge boobs, I just wanted to have something! We decided on 275 CC and to lower the left one as it was a bit higher.
I went in for the procedure in Calgary, my boyfriend dropped me off and picked me up 2 hours later (groggy as hell) it went perfectly. I can elaborate on the day of if anyone has any questions.
The only tip I would say is driving to Calgary for every follow up appointment got very tedious and time consuming. But I would go there 100% again if I had to do it all over.
Almost a year later today! I am still so happy with the results. I love them - worth every penny!

Before pics
Not a ton of before pics because I hated them so much. Sorry guys. But I was maybe. 32A but here they are - also he left my nipple piercing in throughout the surgery. Which was a little strange but whatever! It was still in when I woke up

After pictures
So some pictures are the day after. And I have some that are just what they look like now. One nipple is a little off Centred which is annoying I do think about it often and kind of hate it. But my sister said with plastic surgery you can’t go in expecting exactly what you want cause you will leave disappointed.
A lot of the pictures wouldn’t lPad stat I the file was too large which is weird cause I only took them On an iPhone 8

Thanks for posting these after photos! I swear we look super similar in the befores. I wonder what caused the one nipple to point more outward, since you were pretty symmetrical starting out, but rest assured your results look great :)

Honestly I'm not sure - I've never had a chance to ask him why that might happen. It would be interesting to know though! - I'll post more tonight, more dead on pics.. it looks way off in some pictures and better in some. and thanks!!

Also did you have crease incisions? I cannot see them at all, please share your scar treatment secrets!!!

April 30, 2020
Don't let them touch sun or UV rays or anything - literally keep them covered from the sun always. - There are some red scars there if you look close and honestly I put vitamin E oil on like maybe twice.. and just moisturized with Vaseline lotion after every shower.

Geez I'm sorry... could you also touch on how squishy they are? Are you happy with the feel? Do they look weird when you flex (animation deformity?). Thanks so much for offering your experience for us :)

They aren't rock hard but you can tell there's something in there.. not as soft as actual breast tissue I imagine... you know the bags of wine that come in boxes.. imagine a super full one and then putting it under your boob.. they are also under the muscle I forgot to mention that.
And I have little to no feeling in my boobs anymore. haha

Ouch, that's the nail on the mark :( overall do you think it was worth it/would you make the same decision again?

April 30, 2020
Yes I would do it again if I could - but I would be more careful and make sure this nipple thing didn't happen. It's really a bummer and I cant help but feel like I did something to make that happen :( like slept funny or something.
The clothing change sucks - I used to wear a lot of oversized baggy clothes and look cute -- cant do that anymore. And my C-spine and shoulders are always sore -- have to watch out for that. Pushups are hard to do as well cause my chest muscles got ripped into.
If you have Instagram peep me before to now @karmendarcy

I can't imagine it would be anything within your control! The stinging/pinging pain that people talk about are literally nerves reconnecting post surgery, and I don't think anyone really knows why it successfully happens in some patients and not others. I hope you can ask these questions to your doc and get some clarification. I've also gone bra-less with the big T look during this whole quarantine thing. It's the one thing I'll miss.

They look great. Love the detailed updates one RS. It has me so educated for the BA I want to get in the future. Just had no idea there were so many options on what to get. I love all these results I see on here! Looking forward to another update!
Thank you for sharing your positive experience! Would you be willing to include before and after photos?
