24 yr/old, no kids, 32A, 295cc, silicone, under

I waited and waited for my chest to fill out and it never happened. I've always been a very confident person but my breasts are the one thing I keep hidden. They're always covered and I always use padded bras. I don't think anyone except my sister and best friends know just how flat chested I really am. I always knew I would have a boob job eventually... I always figured it would be after marriage and children.. but enough is enough! I am so tired of feeling self-conscious. I am so tired of avoiding pools and beaches and low cut tops/dresses. I am young and in the prime of my life.. I want to feel sexy and confident. I want to go bra-less and have more than two mosquito bite nipples sticking out. It is time to feel good about myself.
I was recommended to my surgeon through a friend of mine. She raved about how great of an experience she had so I went for a consultation. My surgery is tomorrow and I am beyond excited. I'm going to fall asleep and wake up with boobs!!

The surgery went well. It all happened so fast. Right now there's a lot of tightness and soreness but not any real pain. I took a shower and did some exercises. My sister is here to help me! She's been here all day and I tell you what there's no way I'd be able to function today without her. They are really high right now but I'm so happy to be able to look down and see boobs! Can't wait for them to dry.
