23, 5’5, 125lbs Getting 375cc Silicone Unders

I’m counting today as day 2 because my surgery was so early yesterday and I had most of the day to recover in bed.

Today is definitely worse. I can’t really move or do anything myself. I’ve been sleeping pretty much constantly but wake up in horrible pain once the painkillers have worn off. I’m going to start setting a timer so I don’t cut it close each time.

My right side is far worse than my left. The nurses told me the worst pain would be around the incision site but it’s definitely more in my upper chest.

Praying tomorrow is an easier day.

I had my surgery at 8am this morning. I was so nervous and worried. It all went so smoothly! Everyone at the surgical centre was so kind and they were definitely able to ease my nerves. I met with the PS and the anesthesiologist before my surgery and discussed the procedure and after care. I don’t remember being put under at all and I woke up in far less pain than I expected. The first words out of my mouth were “Do I have boobs now?”

Pretty quickly I was able to sit up and eat and drink. They were not pushy at all and invited me to stay at the centre as long as I wanted. They helped me get dressed and took me to a mirror to have a peak! I met with the PS one last time and was on my way home.

It’s about 5pm now and I’m still feeling great. I imagine tomorrow I’ll be quite sore though.

I’ll post some photos. They feel very tight and firm and are sitting a little funny but I can already tell that I’m going to absolutely love them.

I was so worried they would be too small but they look just right!! One side does look larger than the other. Naturally one had always been larger which I discussed with the PS and decided to just go with the same size implant on both sides. I think it will look more symmetrical once they’ve dropped and fluffed...hopefully!

First thing tomorrow I’m having surgery! Being the night before I’m super anxious so I figured I’d put my anxious energy into beginning my review!

My current measurements are 31” under and my bust measurement is 36”. According to size charts that makes me a 32DD but with all the inconsistent bra sizing I usually wear a 32C.

I went for my consultation back in December. Before that I had seen another PS for a consultation but at that time it didn’t feel right. When I saw my current PS back in December it all felt right! He was so informative and listened to exactly what I wanted and provided his professional opinion. After showing him photos and discussing realistic expectations we decided on 375cc silicone implants placed under the muscle with an inframammary incision. We didn’t discuss what profile but I feel extremely confident that he understands the look I’m going for and will make the best decision to fulfill that.

I’ve read through hundreds of reviews on here and I’ve taken all the advice I could and set myself up for recovery. I’ve bought all the weird pillows and set up a recovery station beside my bed.

Now all that’s left is the actual surgery!
