My left breast is bigger and has a different appearance than my right

My left breast is bigger and has a different appearance than my right. It’s also very sore especially when I wake up each morning. Doing anything with my left arm causes a soreness deep in the muscle on that side. I’m being told to trust the process and that it can take 3 months to tell what my new normal is. Is it normal for me to feel that sore on one side still? My right side has no soreness or pain and feels like it’s a part of me. I love the size of my right breast but this left one makes me nervous! I had a lift and 375 UTM silicone implants.
