Now I have a better cleavage

I had breast done in my country which looked awful. I went to Turkey to this doctor to change implants and create a better result. He did everything what was possible to achieve my goal. My implants used to move to the sides by armpits. Now I have a better cleavage and he chose a perfect size to me. 10/10
