Capsular contracture surgery & replacement - breast look completely different

Almost 1 year breast implant revision update. My breast are still dropping starting to look more similar but the nipples are still not aligned.
It’s still very obvious when I wear a shirt without a bra that my nipples are in two different spots.

I still feel like my breast look different from each other, especially from the side.
I’m extremely insecure about the nipples being in 2 different locations. I can’t go braless because its very obvious that my nipples are in two totally different places.

I am not sure if I should consider a revision. I have already paid close $12,000.

My breast look completely different after having capsular contracture surgery and replacement.I had saline breast implants for 11 year. My left breast began to hurt very bad and I was told I needed to get them replaced. I was very disappointed that I was not able to see a picture of my implants after they were taken out. I asked several times before surgery then the Dr said "oh the picture came out blurry"

How do I even know these aren't my old implants? My breast look horrible, uneven still 6months later. Now my doctor has completely left the practice.
