Capsular contracture surgery & replacement - breast look completely different

Capsular contracture Revision

In June 2021 I found out I had developed capsular contracture after having my breast implants for 11 years. I thought it could only happen right after getting surgery but it became very painful. After many Plastic Surgeons in the Austin area were booked out for months I decided on a surgeon and had surgery to take out the capsule and replace the implants to 495 SSX silicone.
I had my surgery October 7 and am 7 weeks out. The procedure it's self wasn't painful but the medicine prednisone they put me on made me very depressed, gain weight, mood swings and even embarrassing hair growth. I got off it after 1 week.
I became worried when one of my breast had dropped very soon (the one that had the capsule) and the doctor suggested to keep a pad under it to make it higher + massage the other one that didn't drop.
I feel as though my breast look completely different. I don't know if this is common after 7 weeks out. I haven't been able to compare it to any other reviews I see on this app.
I am hoping I will not need anymore surgeries. This surgery was close $12,000.

Hi! I was told this is common for one breast to take more time to "drop", specially after a capsular contraction as there can be more work done on one side than the other

Oh thank you I am glad to know that I am not the only one.

Capsular contracture surgery & replacement - breast look completely different

Fairy92

My breast look completely different after having capsular contracture surgery and replacement.I had saline breast implants for 11 year. My left breast began to hurt very bad and I was told I needed to get them replaced. I was very disappointed that I was not able to see a picture of my implants after they were taken out. I asked several times before surgery then the Dr said "oh the picture came out blurry"

How do I even know these aren't my old implants? My breast look horrible, uneven still 6months later. Now my doctor has completely left the practice.

I still feel like my breast look different from each other, especially from the side.
I’m extremely insecure about the nipples being in 2 different locations. I can’t go braless because its very obvious that my nipples are in two totally different places.

I am not sure if I should consider a revision. I have already paid close $12,000.
