Disappointed 3 months post-op breast implant revision, 490cc to 650cc

3 months ago I had a breast revision from 490cc moderate plus profile to 650cc high xtra profile… I’m 5’2 115lbs but I feel they are still small and low projection and I originally wanted to go over 700cc but was warned they were going to be wide for my frame and cause complications like back pain… my surgeon told me it may take several more months for the skin to stretch and soften up but I feel they aren’t going to drop any sooner and I expected my new implants to look much bigger and I feel they look the same size as my old implants for now so I’m just really disappointed… am I still early at 3 months or I’m just feeling discouraged and impatient? I uploaded my old implants and new implants to find out if I’m the only one who notices both implants look the same… hoping my implants will look similiar to the wish photo :(
