Hi ladies ! Ok so it's been about two months. Here's an update. I don't think they'll be changing much more. Comfort wise I'm glad I took out the big implants. The loose skin nd stretch marks are what bother me for now. But nothing to be down about. I feel my skin has bounced back nicely considering the before.

Hey, great review of explant, just wanted to add that allot of women's breasts change gradually over the years, you look great, especially for being just 2 months out. Congratulations
Thank you :)
You look great ! I too was in the same situation with implant removal. If you decide to make some enhancements to your breasts you may want to consider fat transfer to your breasts. No more implants. :) if you decide to do the fat transfer do your research and make sure that the Dr. has good reviews as it is a technique. Check out Dr. Bednar in North Carolina to see the results. There are other Dr,'s in CA, but I don't remember the names. :)
Yes ! Fat transfer would be my first choice but I've heard of not so good retention rates with this opton
Yes, my doctor said the same thing about fat transfer. He also said some times it makes breasts lumpy. After explant one of my breasts is missing tissue on top. It's the one that had CC. I just slip water pads into one breast to even them out. I think you look great!
I think you look great. Doing my explant on Tuesday.
Thanks and good luck wit your explant !! Happy Healing my Friend
Considering you had over 700cc I think the outcome is amazing. It hasn't even been that long. That's because you're young! You must have good skin. I'm glad you're enjoying your new look. You have such a fab little figure. Good luck with your family. PS I really liked that shiny sports bra & will have to try to find one for myself. Ha!
Thank you love !
I think you look amazing for only being 2 months out!

One month

Hey all:) not much change since my last update. Left still doesn't have any upper tissue. I went bra shopping ..... boy was that interesting. Went from 32 B with the first measurement to 32 D in the dressing room fitting to settling for a 36 B. Honestly, I'm not a fan at all of wearing bras. The extra tissue falls under out of the bra when lifting my arms or the cup is just too big on top. But if I go down in cup size I spill out on the sides. Overall still happy I took the implants out due to size, weight, and discomfort. I do like the way i look overall in clothes without the implants. Aesthetically, I would love prettier / perkier breast. Not ready for the scaring. Not sure I want implants at all ever again.

you look so fit without them!! Nice result!
You look wonderful for only being one month post-op! You still have a long way to go to see how much your own tissue "bounces back." I had explant and lift 7 and 1/2 weeks ago and my breasts are still changing! I am much older (63 yrs. old) so opted to do the lift at the same time as explant, because I knew there wasn't going to be much "bouncing back" for me, and I was ready to accept the scarring in exchange for being "perky." Good luck to you on your journey!
You go girl!! Good choice. You look fine, and I know how much better you feel, that's the most important!
Thank you ladies for all of your kind words and encouragement xoxo
You're looking great. My initial outcome from removal was very similar to yours only you you're outcome is much prettier. I too had all the extra skin that I felt like I had to tuck in to my swimsuit or my bra. I can tell you a Lyft will remove that tissue and give you a nice perky shape. I wouldn't be afraid of the scars if I were you. Check my left review and you'll see if you take care of your scars they fade to virtually nothing very quickly I am six months out and my vertical scars are not noticeable at all. I mean you would really have to get down there within an inch and look for them. The horizontal scars are flat and pink and in no time they will be fine. For me It was better than tucking for the next 50 years. All of that said I still think you look very pretty and your outcome is awesome. Look what we had in side of us. Holy cow what were we thinking?

Loving my new tatas

So the new shape of my breast look completely different from my pre b/a boobs and I am happy to say I do like them ! If only my left one had a tad bit more tissue to match the right ! But overall ladies I am feeling blessed with my outcome :)))) my steri strip on the right breast fell off today -the incision looks great! My hubby walked in and seen a glance of my boobs I actually wasn't mortified!!! But then again he didn't fully see the left one. :( anyhow loving my new figure . If your thinking about taking your implants out for any reason DO IT! you won't know the outcome until you do. Then you can have a true idea of what next steps to make. For myself def. considering fat transfer to the left breast

I think you look great. Did the doctor say why the left side is so different?
He hasn't yet. But I will be seeing him in two weeks to see what he says. There was always less tissue on my left breast, even with the implants in I noticed that my left breast hung lower and didn't have as much perkiness or projection
You look wonderful!!! Believe me, they will keep improving!!!
Thank you !! It's def. fun watching the changes :)
You look fabulous! Xx
Nice! You'll continue to change for six months at least. You're young enough I bet your skin bounces back a ton. I had large implants like that for 23 years. My skin didn't bounce back. I had to have a ton removed. The tissue loss is from the pressure of the implants. It's usually worse on the side you sleep on. Glad you decided to get them out sooner rather than later. I hope your healing continues to go smoothly! There will be ups and downs but hang in there. Hugs!
Yes I am very grateful I learned of this site or else I would have NEVER thought of doing this. All of the helpful info really inspired me and I'm so glad I moved forward with the explant.
Thank you for sharing your journey....so happy for you! I'm going to b 60 soon and feeling stupid at this age with my implants....your story has inspired me....happy healing!!!you look great!!!
Thank you and best wishes to you :) the healing is a process but well worth it xoxo
Hello...hope your doing well and enjoying your new body!!!;)
