6 months after the opp

Hi lovelies!
My journey is well on its way. Six months on after having those implants out I feel great. Free......ME ....healthy and light. Yes I know I'm not perfect but I honestly don't care they were making me I'll. Physically and Mentally.
It's still a journey but im getting there. Advice for anyone thinking of having their implants removed . FEEL THE FEAR and do it ANYWAY . What have you to lose! Manmade crap inside you. What have you to gain ? BEING WHO GOD CREATED YOU TO BE.

I like that "Feel the fear and do it anyway". So true! That's what I did too. I just knew the universe was guiding me to take them out and start a new chapter of my life without them.
Yay sis x

Your photos look great! I’m having my saline implants removed in December...after 19 years!! I don’t want the scarring that comes with a lift, but I fear I’ll be very sad with the result if I don’t have one. It’s so expensive to have multiple ops, it doesn’t really allow you to make the best decision as cost is a big driver. For me anyway. Good luck in your recovery!
Hi dmoores2002 thank you for your message. Don't worry about the lift. Honestly you don't want any scars no one really knows what they are going to look like after surgery not even your surgeon. 19 years is a long time your breast tissue is most probably a lot more likely to have increased. Nothing beats just being you. Don't be scared ! I was petrified I saw some photos on here and believe me there were a few that really worried me. But I'm so happy I did it . You will feel like you have connected back to who you are. Be brave , be strong be the woman God made you to be .x
Hi, I'm planning to explant soon. I am in the same situation as you re deciding on an uplift/costs/scarring etc have you had your surgery now? Regards from England
Wow you Do look great without the implants and not as saggy as I would have expected with such big implants!! I am so scared to have mine removed after 27 yrs but they just don't feel like part of me anymore with the capsulation that has set in! Thank you for making the inévitable of removal less scary for the after results are vert appealing.
Hi ! Funny5515
Please get these things out of your body don't be scared ! I was terrified believe me . Can you tell me are they the same implants you have had for 27 years or different sets. What size and are they silicon?
Hello King333, I have the same saline implants implanted July 21st 1991 over the muscle that m'y surgeon had suggested due to the fact that I was a fitness junky and said that they may warp over time with the excessive workout s with weights! I loved having them for all these years until I started having pain due to capsulation! I had not even realized this possibilité after all this time as I thought they would last a Lifetime after the fact that I have had no obvious problèmes in the first years! They became part of me to the point where I have been having MRI'S looking for the cause of my pain thinking and hoping it wasn't cancer or something! I finally got m'y familly doctor to make me an appointement with a plastic surgeon Who informed me of the situation on Sept. 30th
sept.20th 2019 I thought OMG I can't live without them but after the moment of Truth, some time for self reflexion and a lot of anxiety I have come to realize get these out of me!!!! Now I just want them explanted but please no fresken scars please! So my 1st thought was just out but the new surgeon told me the exact procedure and it wasn't whatever I expected! He cuts under the breast fold, explants, cuts nipples in order to lift and in minimum 3&half months later re-implants! WTF not sure thats what I will want!! I was more thinking; explant with the minimum of incisions and thats all folks!!! Then if 6-12 months later im not satisfied then we can deal with It. What do you suggest? Will my breast look like flat cakes or will they fill thenselves back up with natural fat tissus in the healing process? Thank you and please excuse me as I am really freakin out!
Hi I know exactly what your going through. I too am a fitness instructor, personal trainer. The reason I had implants in the first place as you know too well the fitter we get the toner we become the none exsiting of our booties become. When I first had mine done it took me a while to get used to them but like you they then just became part of me , although never really 100% comfortable with them. I went to about three different surgeons I was like you freaked out ! Being told they would remove the implant then cut my nipple and lift cut away excess skin . You are having a laugh I thought bloomin horror film! And guess who would be staring in it ....lol
So I eventually found an amazing surgeon who listnend to me . We both agreed he would just remove them and would then take it from there wether I wanted to have any future surgery. I knew in my mind I didn't I just wanted them out off my body. The price was £2075 compared with the £5468 and £6000 I'd been quoted for all that cutting and lifting.
When I went for my 8 week check my surgeon was amazed he said I didn't need anything in his opinion I looked really good considering such large implants had been removed.

Conclusion
I would strongly advise you to just get them out of your body. No cutting lifting stitching on nipples . Then heal . The very fact that you are ok having them removed is the revelation. What I'm saying can you imagine having them out 5 years ok ,? I wouldn't have even considered it I loved mine. But when all off the sudden you mind starts to tell you I want them out listnen to it.
Please do not have unessary surgery at this point. Get them out and wait.
Thank you for your suggestions King333 as after m'y mind had processed the idea of the obligation to remove them I never imagined all the other procédures on top of that plus looking at all the pictures of incisions on the sight confirmed my original idea of just explanting as it completely freaked me out! The only incisions that my original surgeon (Dr.David Reid from Princeton BC Canada, who must be in his 80-90ties now si not practicing no more) was an amazing surgeon, made were so minimal that they left no trace. Just a little Cut across the ariola then around the actual nipples then back across the other side of the ariola and thats all! I was thinking and hoping that because I've kept myself in such great shape and that my body heals fast that it might help the end result. I just don't want to end up with flat Banana Boobs! But then with a low fat count from being lean that might work againts me in the end who knows!? But I figure better to embrace my overall fit body and hope for the best results! But then looking at your pictures gave me hope as you had huge implants and your after pictures are fabulous really! My implants are supposed to be 325cc filled to 375cc but the new surgeon that I consulter here in Québec, Canada said "No est those are minimal 500cc!! Ok I'm confused how is IT possible could IT ne the capsulation that gives that impression or maybe I grew some of my own fat tissus that adds to the size Bizzarre!!! Heeheehee.....
Oops lots of correction errors as m'y phone is programmed in french and keeps translating!
Hi
I've just got it message ,sitting in coffee shop and just roared with laughing your so funny. Let me explain. An hour after the operation my sister called and said are you ok what do they look like. I told her " well its only been an hour but they are a strange shape" she said what do you mean? Well, they're kinda weird I'm not sure . Then it came to me as I gazed into the mirro . The only way I can describe them is if your standing straight with wellie boots on , now cross your feet over . A pair of old wellie boots !!!! After a few days they changed completely but your description would have been perfect flat banana boobs. So so funny. I couldn't stop laughing people in the cafe were just staring at me which made it even funnier as I was thinking ( you all haven't got a clue about this nightmare) but on that note they do change so don't let that put you off. Such a shame your old surgeon has retired he sounded a really caring guy not wanting to cause unesessary scaring. But honestly thank you for that text ! There is something so healing about laughter. If you were going to go ahead when we're you thinking of doing it?
Hey King333 Glad to hear that we can see the funny in scary heehee cause after finding nothing wrong with the MRI's for a few years (what a dummy of a familly doctor they gave me) I waited then had to explain to him that breast implants need special tests so he finally sent me to a plastic surgeon! All Along I was feeling lumps on the side of my left breast worried for cancer. So on sept 20th I finally met him he informed me that I capsizing and that they needed to be removed! I did not react very well cried and said "I can't live without them" now Who was the dummy? So I left without asking all the right questions as I was in panic mode. Now I have my next appointement on Novembre 28th and have all my questions ready. But I needed to inform myself from other sources in order to know what questions to bring as I don't really trust them anymore cause hey they were supposed to last forever when I had them implanted in the first place right! I Will have them removed as soon as they have an appointement but his secretary informed me that there is a 2-3 months waiting list as hé also has more urgent cases like cancer patients or possible immergencies! So I guess around January but I sure hope sooner! Im si done and over these! Hey King333 how Do you post a picture on here as I would like to share my before and after too so I can help others like us like you did for me and I imagine many others as If I had not found this site and had not Seen your pics not sure that I would have made such a quick décision to explant!
Thank you so much I super appreciate your imput and comments as you have really changed my life I feel!! Later Girl!! (◠‿◕)
Hi if you go on your page on the right hand side is 3 horizontal line press that then choose my profile then when on there press more it will give you the option to add photo. Keep in touch glad my pics have helped that's why I put them on it was look if I can do it anyone can ...not be too scared of poss results. Keep positive write down all your questions and don't be rushed . Or swayed ! Remember big money to be made . I personally think massive eye opener for woman in the coming years and prices are going to soar as surgeons know its essentail so woman will have to pay.
Keep in touch x
Are you suggesting no lift when you mention not to worry about the lift? I am awaiting an extraction or removal of my 27yrs old saline capsulated implants i am now 48 (21yrs when I got them in) and I wonder if i Say yes to the lift or not? I don't want any scars as the original opération left me with none. But IT seems that they cannot remove them by the same small original incisions. Help is this true? My first thought is why should we have scars now when we didn't have with the original opération?
Hi thanks for comment .
We are all different, I'm not saying don't have a lift if that's what you want ! Go for it there are lots of woman who look great having a lift. It's just ME personally felt I'd done enough invasion to my breasts, I didn't want anchor scars I knew I may be a bit saggy but didn't care . I've had 4 Children and fed them with these breasts I didn't want to do anything eles I just wanted them out of my bodies. Did you have your implants inserted through your armpit or nipple area? They will make a very small insertion under your crease you won't see it. I'm not sure but I think it's just easier for them . But scars don't look too bad when faded.
Also i think you have proberbly got some extra breast tissue. Over 20 years is a long time and i know mine were not monsters when i first had them done but over the years i gained breast tissue . If you put your hand around the sides of the implant especially sides you can kinda feel the outline of the implant and pinch your breast tissue it might give you some idea.
Mine were removed from the same small incision, or one very close to it that makes nearly no difference. But mine weren't capsulated, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I had no lift and am very happy with the results.
Are you in the UK?
I went to an amazing surgeon in Budapest. Much cheaper if you feel ok about not being at home
Wow lucky you!! How long were yours in and what size? I am hoping that they can remove mine that way too! As m'y capsulation is not extrême but I don't;know my score on 1 to 4 so I will add that to my questions list when I see the surgeon on the 28th of Novembre!! Thank you so much for bringing that information!!(✷‿✷)
